The Master bedroom has a stunning ocean view and a spacious Cal King bed. The 2nd bedroom boasts a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom includes 2 twin beds. Enjoy watching TV and movies on the new 55 inches Smart TV, and the kiddos will enjoy a sitting area with smaller chairs, books, games, and a crayon caddy. The kitchen is equipped with coastal dishes and cutlery for 16 as well as new pots and pans. The table seats 10 and there are also 4 bar stools. This special condo also has laundry facilities should the need arise.
Make yourselves at home on 2 balconies, that include views, new patio furniture, and a shiny, large, 4 burner BBQ! Relax and enjoy!

Yes the balcony overlooked the ocean. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

It was a beautiful property, but. .. We had a power outage for over two hours our second evening. There were no flashlights or candles or battery lanterns in the property. Our cell phone lights were insufficient. I would highly recommend having lights that are battery operated available in case of a power outage. Also the gas bbq had “camping stove” propane bottles which ran out of gas right away. It was frustrating trying to cook steaks when the tank ran out of gas right away.

The condo was very clean, well kept and just as beautiful as the pictures on the website. Loved the close proximity to the beach. The beach was not crowded and enjoyed whale watching. We would definitely consider coming back. One small issue were the chairs on the deck that need to be replaced.

This was my first trip to Pajaro Dunes. I stayed in the Shorebirds side and was very pleased with the location to the beach and the overall operation of the complex. I was surprised to see how overcast that area is in the summer, but it was fine. Being on the third floor, I had to climb the steep stairs so someone with limited mobility should stay on the second or first floor where there is a ramp to access those units. The unit I stayed in needs a major update. The problem wasn't so much it being outdated, it was just not up to the standards of the complex as a whole. The carpets and curtains both smelled and showed signs of mold. I just noticed that someone else also complained in these reviews a couple of years ago about the mold, so clearly that needs to be addressed. Also update the electronics, the TV is one of those big old tube televisions, with no hookups for HDMI. For what I paid a night for the unit, I just expected a little more.
