Each home has a boardwalk to the beach where you can walk, play, fish, build a sandcastle—or just do nothing. Common area amenities include a swimming pool (April to October) and hot tub; tennis, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts and a golf driving cage. Located a few minutes from Moss Landing, Monterey Dunes is 18 miles north of Monterey and nine miles south of Watsonville. This beachfront tri-level (approx. 2000 square feet), accommodates up to eight in four bedrooms and three baths (3 King beds, 1 double bed). Conveniently located in the center of the complex, with easy access to the common area facilities, the unit is reached via stairs from the lower parking lot. NOTE: Main living room view window is fogged and will be undergoing replacement.The Monterey Dunes Colony is a gated enclave of beachfront vacation homes between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Located near the quaint harbor town of Moss Landing, these properties enjoy a mile of secluded beachfront and numerous outdoor amenities.
