Because this ramp-accessible unit is located on the top floor, views of the ocean are visible from nearly every room and panoramic vistas from the master bedroom and living room area. It was so peaceful to be so close to the beach. We also had 2 nests on the porch and enjoyed watching the parents take care of the babies!

We loved the view and the location to the beach. It was just the right size for our family (5 adults and 3 children). But being on the 3rd floor you do have stairs to go up and down to go to the beach. The ramp is nice but it is still a little bit of a hike. We had a great time and already planning our next trip!

We completely loved our stay. Pat was easy to communicate with. The condo was beautiful and relaxing.

We were 5 ladies age range from 67 to 74. In order to get your things to this unit, you have to use a property cart and push it up a winding ramp to the 3rd floor. We had one lady that had a foot issue and it was very hard on her to climb up that ramp. It should be in the property description so people know.
The view was lovely, but the furniture is old.
