Located in Seaside, this lovely house for $440 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. My place is close to great views, restaurants, beaches, and bike trails. It is a 5 minute walk from a shopping center and a short drive from Monterey, Carmel, and 17-mile-drive. You'll love my place because it is a beautiful, clean, remodeled, sunny house with lots of space for parking. The climate in this area is fairly moderate around 60’s and 70’s, so air conditioning is not needed. My place is good for couples, business trips, and families. —Please note: Parties over four will be charged a $25 fee per additional guest.

This is a great home in a fantastic location. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minute walk to a dozen or more restaurants. The drive way is long enough to park a GMC Yukon XL and a 22 foot trailer for your race car. 20 minutes to Laguna Seca. Spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen and dinning area.

Would recommend and reserve this place again, in a heartbeat. It’s close to all the attractions, easy access to the freeway and in a great neighborhood. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom upstairs and the front or backyard were perfect outdoor hangouts.

We had a great time staying at this home in Seaside for a golf vacation. The house was close to everything. Amenities were as described. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectations.

The property was neat & clean. We had a comfortable stay!! Beds were comfortable, Kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of cups, glasses, silverware, pots n pans etc.. The living room is very spacious. The upstairs master bedroom has a nice big shower stall which was convenient to use by elderly family members. There is plenty parking available for multiple cars in the drive way. Parking can be found on the road as well. The front yard has a nice succulent garden and table & chairs which was nice to have available. Neighborhood is fine.

We were a group of 6 senior gentlemen attending the Historic Races at Laguana Seca. The home was minutes away from the track. The house accommodated all of us, had all of the amenities we needed. Very clean home in a great location.

We had a delightful stay. The property met our needs very well. 6 adults and three children 5-7. We were close to other family and all wedding venues on Carmel Beach and Monterrey beach. We even got to watch a homecoming parade for the high school nearby😀. Would stay again if travelling to the area.

Very nice property. Clean, well maintained. Very well supplied with essentials; ie dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, coffee, tea and plenty of dishes. Very quiet neighborhood. Were all beds queen size other than the king?

It is a great property, great location and the owner was very nice and answered messages quickly. The only thing I would suggest for the owner is to maybe do some decor and furniture updating but otherwise it was a great stay!

Honestly a great property! Conveniently located, close proximity to stores (grocery, Target, Total Wine), walking/biking trails and Monterey proper. Enjoying coffee and the view in the sunroom was a favorite morning ritual. Beds were comfy and had ample space for our large party. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking dinner in. Easy to access Monterey, we made several trips in and it was an extremely short drive every time. Can’t wait to book this property again!

We were there for a family get together and eBike experience along the coast and 17 mile drive. The house is conveniently located. I highly recommend Coastal ebike Connection. The owner, Carlos went over the top to make our trip exceptional. He delivered the bikes, provided backpacks, water, warm clothing, etc. Great trip.

I was pleased to see how immaculate and well laid out this house is. Everything our little group of older males needed was available. I really like the landscaped front of the house. It is a Japanese style garden and it is lovely. I would like to stay there next year in August.

Neighborhood a little sketchy. But overall we were safe, it was clean comfortable. Nice aquarium passes and no lines for hole family.

Location has easy access to Highway 1, close to several shops,like Costco,CVS,restaurants,Starbucks,etc. House is lovely,nice parking, comfortable beds. Had a very enjoyable time.

The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The location was close to everything we wanted to see/do. We had a couple of issues and the host was very responsive to our concerns. This property is advertised as having a jetted tub in the master, which it does, but it is out of service. That was disappointing. The cleanliness of the house was not the best, but we're extremely picky so for the average traveler it would probably be fine.

Overall Our stay was great! The photos look exactly like property. Great communication with the host. Amazing location, super close to Monterey, Carmel and shopping. Lots of parking as well. The only downfall would be the walls are very thin which can be difficult with a baby. And the kitchen is located upstairs with the master bedroom & the sunroom(which is fine, I just couldn’t tell by the photos, and I’m glad my handicapped gma didn’t end up coming.) We would definitely stay here again! & highly recommend it! Lots of space for a family or group of friends.

The house is great. The online photos do not do the house justice it is beautiful. The sun room is awesome day or night. The front and back yard are great hangouts. The Master bedroom is huge and the rest of the time are spacious.

The property was very nice. We did not receive the access code until 5:30pm of the day of check-in when the check in time was 4pm. We went to the aquarium on Saturday and when we returned the back door was unlocked and one of the bedroom light was on. This was not how we left it. Then on Sunday we went to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. My son-in-law stayed home. Someone then came into the property and said that they thought someone was still there. Mind you there was no cleaning done they just entered the property when we had the property rented without first notifying us. This was very concerning. We have never stayed at a property when they just come into the property without prior notification. The house numbers need better lighting. Very hard to see at night.

The rooms are fine but there were only 4 towels for six people. They need more linens. The grill outside had no brush to clean or spatula so we bought and left for others. Also, many of the drawers need to be cleaned out. There are old toothbrushes and wash cloths. The lights in the main living room were half working and the outside trash was totally full upon our arrival.

The house was fine. Until there always a little rain. There was a leak on one of the beds that left the bed a little soaked. We happen to have left a few things on the counter. And there were an enormous amount of ants. We dealt with it every morning. Other than a few things house was fine.
