About this condo rental
Situated in Snowmass Village, this lovely condo for $900 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. If you're looking for convenience, affordability, all with top end finishes then this condo is just for you. A gorgeous kitchen with plenty of counter space you will find everything you need. The living room features a 50 ' smart TV along with a gas burning fireplace. View the upper runs of High Alpine from the dining room . One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other can be used either as a King or two twins. All beds come with a deluxe down comforter and each bedroom has a HDTV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is perfect for kids. We call it "The Sleeper Car " as in that's all you do in there. Designed ideally for kids so no more putting them to bed in one of the bedrooms only to have to carry them back out to the dreaded living room sleeper sofa . The kids enjoy also having their own little hideaway so not always having to be in the same room. This unit has the fastest internet connection possible with 50 Mb per sec. as well as booster for complete coverage. Each of the two showers are tiled and the radiant heated tile floor is just marvelous. The slopes are just a 3 minute walk without having to make any big elevation changes. In fact it used to be ski in an out before the heated walk ways were installed. There is private parking right at the unit which is not always the case with so many of the units here, but you really don't need your car as everything is walking distance or you can take the free buses practically anywhere you need to go including all other mountains and the town of Aspen itself . For those expert skiers seeking a truly unique experience I can offer back country skiing should conditions allow . Prices are quoted 4 days prior. See pics of past guests.

Myself and my girlfriends had the best weekend all thanks to Craig! He was simple to get ahold of and detailed when giving us certain information for our stay. The condo was in a perfect spot, just steps away from the hill and the hot tub was spacious and clean! Would highly recommend Craig’s place!

Host clearly uses this condo unit for ski vacations and has really thought through the details. Location is good. About a 5 min walk to the base of the VX lift, and 3 minute walk back. Communication was excellent - host was available, responsive, and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in this nice comfy unit that is only steps away from the Village Express Lift. It is well stocked and towels and basics are provided. The best feature is the gas fireplace and heated radiant tile flooring! There is also a guest closet outside the unit to store skis in. The owner Craig is responsive and thoughtful. This stay made our first trip to Snowmass/Aspen a great one.

Very impressed with this property and Craig was amazing and very responsive checking with us to see if we needed anything and making sure we were comfortable. Games at the unit kept the family entertained each night and the walk to the village was easy (sidewalk was was available for those who don't like walking on the snow but just a bit longer). would stay again without question

We rented this unit last year (same weekend) and had another great stay. Craig is very responsive - easy communication all around. The unit is clean, well-equipped and exactly as described. The location can’t be beat and the parking is easy and close. We will be back next year!

The location of this unit is perfect and the hot tub is very close. It was very easy to get our 4 year old from the unit to the mountain! The kitchen is well stocked and we would rent this unit again.

We stayed here for 6 nights with two couples and an 8 y/o. Unit is in extremely good shape and the sleeping quarters worked perfectly for us (the child slept in the bunk bed “closet”). Kitchen and living areas were well stocked for cooking and location-wise it’s about a 20 yard walk to the slopes at the base village - very quick and easy for first chair on village express or ski school drop off. Also an easy walk up to the mall along the road or via the sky cab gondola. Great spot, great place, easy parking and bus stop access. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Snowmass in the future!

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. My husband and I and adult son and his girlfriend had ample room. Access to the slopes was so easy…as well as getting around town. We took a taxi from the airport and had no rental car, but we didn’t need one. We walked to the market for groceries & took the shuttle back, which dropped us off right in front of the condo. We also took a bus into Aspen one evening which was super easy. Getting to the slopes was only a quick walk away. We were so close that we were able to come home most days for lunch which was wonderful. If we get the chance to return, we’d definitely stay here again. You can’t beat the price/location.

Excellent property located a very short walk from base camp. No need for a rental if you’re flying into aspen. Properly has plenty of space and was very clean. Definitely would. Consider staying there again.

Wonderful Experience
This was our first time skiing this part of CO. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Craig’s Condo in Snowmass Village. Very comfortable and convenient setting with a well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. We loved the radiant heated tile flooring, and the bus stop was directly across from the condo making trips to the market easy. The Aspen-Snowmass area offers diverse terrain for all abilities and we were able to ski and experience all four mountains during the week. Thanks for a terrific stay Craig. We’ll definitely be back, maybe for a summer visit to fly fish!

Perfect week at Snowmass
We've skied at Snowmass multiple times over the years and Lower Willows is one of my favorite locations on the mountain. It's convenient for walking to/from the base area and mall while also being a VERY short walk and ski away from the Village Express Lift. Craig's condo was perfect for our family. We were only 3 (2 adults/1 child) but a family of 6 would be very comfortable in his unit. 1 bedroom has a queen, 1 bedroom can be 2 twins or a king and the railroad car bedroom has bunk beds! Plus there are two bathrooms and a great washer/dryer. Craig is clearly a passionate skier as the condo is so perfectly set-up with ski storage, cubbies and benches, and hand/foot warmers. The kitchen is well stocked. the furniture comfortable and we felt right at home. Craig checked in with us and responded quickly to any questions we had. He even mailed back a boot glove I left at the condo. We love Snowmass, we loved this condo and we hope to be back!

Great first family ski trip to Colorado.
Property was exactly as shown in pics. Condo was clean and had everything you would expect. Hot tub was right outside building.
Location was a short walk (100yds?) to ski school, with Village express and Skittles lift just beyond. Very convenient to all of Snowmass base village including shops, restaurants, ice rink, and gondola. Easy access to Snowmass Mall via Skittles lift.
Snowmass Village shuttle stop immediately outside condo provided free and easy access to all locations throughout Snowmass - we used it to get to grocery store and back only.
Snowstorm required a change to our travel plans and Craig accommodated the change and refunded a day without a problem. He also checked in with us after our arrival to make sure things were going well.

This condo is a great location for the base of Snowmass. The owner was super responsive and even offered us an extra night on the back end of our trip when it was looking like we would arrive late due to a storm. Definitely recommend!

Suspicious ski in/out condo
We had a great time in Craig's property, it is about 5 mins walk to ski school, the condo is nice and clean, the extra den provided extra den for kids, they loved it. The owner also had a great selection of books and games.

Perfect Ski Stay
Great property perfect for a quick trip to snow mass. Set up with a skier in mind. Short walk to lift and the hot tub after long day on the slopes. So nice to have heated mudroom floor after you take off cold wet boots ( and hook them up to ski dryer). Plenty of room for helmets, jackets, etc. Comfy living space and kitchen was easy to work in. Owner had a lot of nice tips and was quick to respond. Would love to stay here again if we get the chance.
