About this apartment rental
We have “A NO CONTACT” check in and check out procedures. We have an open air walkway leading to your private entrance to your condo.
This very unique condo is only 3 minutes walking distance to downtown. This unit has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV with basic cable, DVD player. The living area has a Murphy bed (not a sofa sleeper) which has a queen size bed inside, beside the bed there are shelves for placing clothes in and a rod to hang clothes, flat screen TV with basic cable and a seasonal gas fireplace. Unit has 1 bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee pot and keurig, crock pot, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Private balcony with great view of the Mountains and some of the sites of Downtown Gatlinburg. Trolley stop is located in front of building. The building has an outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool (May-Aug) and coin operated laundry room on the first floor. Condo is conveniently located 1 block to the parkway, about a 3 minute FLAT walk to the village in downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta and Ole Red entertainment venue. OUTDOOR POOL/HOT TUB IS SEASONAL.

We came after Christmas for our 30th Wedding anniversary. The condo was very clean and comfortable. And quiet!! There were enough bath towels/cloths for our 3 night stay. We didn’t spend much time in the condo . It was a short walk to downtown; conveniently located to middle of town. Will definitely stay again when we come back

This unit is a bit dated in decor and trim, but clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We were able to check in early if we wanted, but due to our distance needed to travel we weren't able to take advantage of the very kind offer. Patty was great, I can't say enough good things about her! It is more like a 15 minute walk to downtown and 30 minutes back (just because--uphill and we're older!) but the free trolley will pick you up near the entrance to Baskins Creek Road and drops you off right at the driveway to Olde Gatlinburg Place. I recommend this unit for those on a budget. You won't regret it.
