We stayed atbthis property for only 3 nights even though booked and paid for 4 nights due to family plans changing. The property was conveniently located to our family. Our only issues were with the Roku TV as we never seemed to get live TV at current times. Otherwise other small issue was that the lighting wasn’t very bright. Especially in bathroom even when adjusted to highest brightness. The hosts were cordial and responsive.

We liked the location and loved the house which is comfortable and attractively appointed. The host couple were very helpful and friendly. Everything I needed for cooking some side dishes was in the well-supplied kitchen. Nice yard and friendly dog.

We were able to find an amazing property available near our ultimate destination, and not only was it convenient, it was magnificent. I could have spent the entire weekend just enjoying the house and the garden. We visited friends, we went to a concert, our dogs chased squirrels in the backyard. It doesn't get much better. The house is beautiful, and comfortable. They had everything we needed if we chose to eat at the house, and we had a safe and comfortable place for our dogs to stay when we went shopping or to visit friends or to a concert. I certainly hope if I have the opportunity to return to the DFW area in the future that I will be able to return to this same location. It was an absolutely sublime experience.

Couldn't ask for better hosts. Pete and Aly are gracious, flexible, always attentive and uber-prompt with communications. We stayed for more than 3 months during a remodel and we now consider them friends. Thanks for a great stay guys!

Peter and Aly were great hosts. They greeted us as soon as we got there and made us feel so welcome. The house was perfect and the back yard was a beautiful place to relax after a day of checking out the city. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

The house itself is very comfortable and pretty, with lots of nice artwork, not usually found in VRBOs. The house has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. There is a nice back yard with a dog and cat that can be "borrowed" for a little petting (if you are missing your own pets). The hosts (who live next door) are lovely and very helpful. We had a nice chat with them one evening - they couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and we loved taking walks in the morning and early evening. The communication about the property (how to get in, etc.) could have been delivered a little sooner, but this is a very minor comment. Also, it would have been nice to have a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels - but again, this is very minor. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Dallas and I give this VRBO a very high rating.

This house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood in a great location to everything Dallas. The owners are very helpful and live next door which is very convenient. It is a very comfortable house with two bedrooms and a comfortable couch to sleep on. We really enjoyed the peace that the place offers and we appreciated the safe neighborhood! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Stayed 2 nights at property to attend a family wedding in South Dallas. Cute older home. Peter was accessible and very accommodating. Close to Love Field airport as well as restaurants and shops.

Stayed in this cute bungalow for 8 days for the holidays with my husband and our small dog. Very comfortable little house. Excellent backyard. Nicely located in the best part of Dallas. Peter, the owner who was located in the house next door, was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Peter!

Poor property maintenance. Feeling of imbedded dirt. Cooking pans dumpster worthy. Poor lighting. Internet and TV service spotty. Window curtains inadequate. Fenced yard nice but landscaping subpar. Location near airport, restaurants. etc. but road noise night and day because on busy thorough fare. No door on one bedroom. Dogs permitted good but would not return.

Me, my mom and sister absolutely loved this bungalow. It was spacious, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to have a restful, relaxing time of refreshment. The property was close to shopping, restaurants, and anything you might want to do. Our host(s) were fantastic. I was a little confused about the keypad and had a question and within minutes I received correspondence. Everything about our stay was wonderful. A lot of love and care has been poured into this property. I would definitely recommend this place.

Charming property in a fabulous location. Owners live next door, shared backyard space. Hosts were accommodating, friendly and quick to respond to questions/needs. Beautiful and safe neighborhood to walk your pet. I rented this house for six weeks and will definitely return for another stay.

Location is excellent; everything you need is just a quick drive away. This is a higher-end area (houses in the neighborhood sell for > $1M). Host lives next door and is very friendly, he provided lots of great restaurant recommendations. The house was decorated nicely and the kitchen was well appointed. There were a few minor quirks. One of the bedrooms does not have a door. The seating in the living room places the TV too far away to watch comfortably. The wifi uses a range extender to share the wifi nextdoor and had dropouts maybe 5% of the time. In the bathroom there isn't a place to hang a towel while you shower, and there is only 1 hook to hang a wet towel. Some of the light switches are hard to find / odd places (it's a remodeled house from the 1940s.). Overall we had an excellent stay. Just a few minor quirks to be aware of, but don't let that keep you from booking this place up -- this is an excellent rental.

This property was very clean , well-stocked, and comfortable. Lovely, peaceful backyard with patio. The street in front of the property can be busy during daytime hours and Love field is nearby so planes can be heard coming and going at all hours but it did not disturb our ability to rest though it was noticeable. Overall, highly recommend for a pleasant stay if you are in the area. Truly special place!

We stayed at this property while our house was being shown. We were very happy with the location and house itself. We had issues with the Wi-Fi at first, and Peter was very accommodating and quickly fixed it. We would definitely stay again when looking for a place in Dallas!
