The 4-bedroom, three-bathroom home features two queen masters with en-suites and two children's rooms with Full over Full bunk beds sharing the hallway bathroom—upgraded carpet in all bedrooms with laminate wood flooring throughout the rest of the home. Open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Beautiful french doors lead you to the dining room that comfortably seats ten plus additional seating at the breakfast table and kitchen counter. Located through Master #2 is the garage game room. It has Stiga Ping Pong & 3-1 table (pool, air hockey & ping pong top) and cubbies with toys & games. In addition, there are strollers, a high chair, a pack n' play, and a booster chair available for your infant and toddler. Full-size washer and dryer for guests' use. The family room has a 51' TV with a DVD player and cable with Disney Channel & Time Warner's top 200+ channels. Couch with queen sleeper sofa, Hi-Speed wireless internet is included. Central heating and air conditioning Relax in our sparkling pool and in-ground Jacuzzi in the rear yard. Also, there is a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set & additional chairs. This house SLEEPS 10 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined). Maximum Vehicles 2 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. We had a perfect stay here for 3 days at Disney. Family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. When we started comparing the number of hotel rooms needed and cost, it made much more sense to get a whole house for our family. The location was super easy to access the ART bus to get to and from the parks and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants more space to spread out versus a traditional hotel room. Management was always accessible and checked in on our needs throughout the whole process. Very professional!

Check-in instructions and information on the house were thorough - absolutely everything you need to know about getting in, door codes, contact info, how to use/access certain amenities in the house such as the pool/hot tub. Although the number of emails leading up to our arrival was somewhat overwhelming. It was my own fault for not requesting early check-in 2 days in advance as the instructions stated, but I did text day-of with no response. It was fine, but a courtesy response would have been appreciated.
We were in town for a wedding and had 6 adults stay in the house. It was the perfect size for two couples + two individuals. Being in the vicinity of Disneyland and other great family attractions, I would definitely rebook this for a family vacation as well, as there are two masters with bathrooms, as well as two bedroom's with full size bunk beds, and an additional shared bathroom. The house is a great size and nicely updated. It was clean when we arrived, kitchen fully stocked, and everything was easy to find. Check out instructions were easy.
I do want to note- there are a lot of rules and fees if you violate them, and they're posted all over as a reminder. This was *not* an issue for us, as they were simple to follow - I just wanted to put it out there because we weren't expecting that. Most of them are due to city code, so I understand it's to inform renters as well as protect the owners from accruing city violations (ie: noise).

This house was amazing! Had mostly everything we needed. Usually houses have spices, but that was minor.
The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after the long flight and celebration.
Our damage deposit was refunded in a timely manner, which is a plus!
We travel to California often to see family. I’d definitely rent this house again!

We came to Anaheim to visit Disney and attend a convention, and this home could not have been in a better location. The Uber rates very super cheap to the park, and convention center and rides were always available. The home was very well appointed with toiletries, linens, kitchenware and glassware, the beds were comfortable and the pool/spa were excellent! We will absolutely stay here again the next time we come to Anaheim.

It was nice to come back to the house during the afternoon to hit the pool and relax before heading back to Disneyland in the evening.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. It was convenient to Disneyland/DCA (we could even see the fireworks from the front yard). The property was great. We enjoyed the nice space for each family member, the pool and hot tub, the dining room for family meals, and more. It was also an added bonus to have a stroller to borrow for the parks! Bottom line, we would love to return for another stay here and will recommend this house to our friends and family.

The property's location so close to Disneyland really cannot be beat and it was great that it had parking for up to 2 cars.
There were some cons:
- The property needs a deep clean every now and then as we noticed the white trim in the living/kitchen area looked quite dirty and similar with the blinds they were all quite dusty. The floor of the main living areas felt clean but when I walked on the dining room floor my socks showed that it hadn't been mopped for a while.
- When we arrived one of the en suites had some unfaeces in the toilet and when we flushed it the toilet blocked a little. Fortunately we were able to plunge it ourselves and the issue was resolved.
- The gamesroom in the converted garage had a lot of dead flies. I don't know how often that is cleaned but someone should go through and clean that up at least weekly. It made us not want to use the gamesroom.
- The child alarm was super annoying. Even after reading the instructions we found that the button to bypass the alarm on the outside didn't work some times and we had the alarm go off quite a few times. Again it made us not want to use the pool.
- The pictures on VRBO definitely do not show the state of the older parts of the house so it's a little deceptive
Overall we thought the home was cosy and the kids loved the bunk beds. There was just enough room for 2 families and we appreciated the space. A little more attention to cleanliness would be appreciated.

The house fit our needs nicely. We had 4 adults and 3 children. We all enjoyed the television in our rooms.
The pool was great! The alarm is a little disturbing - know why it has to be! Once we figured it out - it was fine.
The proximity to Disneyland was terrific. We were able to go back to the house for dinner and then back for the fireworks after dark.

It was good for the most part. Only issues were not enough towels for 10 people, and no more showed up after a request was made for 4 more, even though the property manager said she would contact, Carolyn, in charge of housekeeping. Also the pool was only cleaned one time during our stay and the lawn was not taken care of at all.

We enjoyed the home very much. The pictures make everything look bigger than what it is. but we were all comfortable. The Staff were great to work with. We all enjoyed the pool and spa. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook which was great.

The house was PERFECT and cost efficient for our large family to share during our Disney trip. It was a short drive to Disney - we drove paid for parking since it would’ve costed us the same to take the bus, but I believe the bus stop isn’t far. There are a lot of rules to abide by, which caused some anxiety - I didn’t want to miss any by accident. But it was worth it for the convenience and nice, clean, entertaining house.

This was a great property for a family visit to Disneyland. Easy 5 minute access to the parking garage and downtown Disney, 30 minutes to the beach, neighborhood is clean and quiet, pool is clean and jacuzzi works great. Property manager is responsive and the one very small issue we had with the house was taken care of immediately. Easy to say we’d stay here again.

The house was great for family. The house is set up well for such.
Grandma and Grandpa were in a master suite suite on one side of the house while family with young children were on the other side of the house.
The neighborhood was extremely quiet.
The pool and hot tub was perfect on the cool days we experienced. We were glad to have paid to have the pool heated.

We stayed here rather than a hotel for a convention. Wish we could have used the pool and spa after 10 pm, however, due to city ordinance, we completely understood why there is a time restriction. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and the property management and booking were awesome. Fully stocked kitchen, nice bedding and towels. Great TV service. Pool and spa clean and easy to operate. Pool temperature should have been kept a little warmer during our stay in Early February but tolerable. The garage game room was fun and spacious. Maybe a few stools or folding chairs would be nice in there. The sunroom was perfect for dining. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Landscaping was up-kept and pretty. It was great to have 3 full baths too!
A couple of things to be improved would be to update mattresses in all rooms. They were springy and squeaky but comfortable. Also, the size of the living space is actually smaller than pictured. Sectional sofa was comfy and sat all of us.
It isn’t within walking distance of Disney although mileage is about 1-2 miles away but there are several main roads and freeway to maneuver. Quite a hike. However, we Ubered for around $10 which was reasonable. Fireworks are slightly obstructed bc of landscaping but you can see them.
Overall it was a splendid experience for price and easy booking. It delivered what we needed! Would stay there again and recommend it! Thank you to management! Well managed!

The house matched the description online and was well stocked. Communication with the host was via email and text. When we arrived the house was clean. Check in and check out were clearly defined.
Super close to Disneyland. We drove and parked in the parking garage which was 4 minutes away! This was especially nice after a long day in the park.
The pool and hot tub were great and our kids enjoyed playing in them. Ping pong and playing pool were also a highlight. There were games and some toys for the kids to play with.
We didn’t need these items but it also had strollers, pack and play, fans, and high chair.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe with all shopping and basic needs in close proximity. We would stay here again!

Location of this property is excellent and floorplan well laid out to accommodate a family. The house is within walking distance (less than a mile) to Disney and/or a very short drive or Uber ride away. Neighborhood is older but felt safe and you can see the Disneyland fireworks right from the back yard every night which is an added bonus. The only reason I marked this property four stars is that it's a little outdated inside. Could use some new carpet in the bedrooms, flooring in the kitchen (shows water damage), some kitchen drawer and lighting repairs and some new bathroom towels/washcloths as the ones provided are very worn out. We did enjoy our stay though and the house definitely served it's purpose. Loved the pool and ping pong tables in the garage. : )

The house has lots of room and was comfortable. Enjoyed the fruit trees and the hot tub. You can walk to Disney but it's about a mile just to the entrance of the parking lot. Overall the house filled our needs. Anaheim rules make it hard to use the hot tub after, or before Disneyland, no use is allowed between 10pm and 9am

The layout of this property was amazing!! We had 2 families and plenty of room. The kids were able to swim, we were able to relax in the hot tub and then all play games and build Lego sets in the room with the large table. The proximity to the Disneyland bus was the best feature and we felt safe walking.

The property is quite spacious 4 bedrooms with 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 queen size beds. Queen beds were old, little support and bedding was threadbare. Kitchen is a good size, the appliances are old, oven was not clean. Living room needs tables with the sectional no place to put a drink or plate. Kitchen table and chairs old and wobbly. Pool was nice. Games room in the garage was a nice add on.

We have rented from this property management company in the past and can say that they are legit, trustworthy, communicative and professional. I’ve read reviews regarding complaints and concerns about the needed paperwork and identification, etc. and want to be clear that I trust this company.
The past property in Aneheim we stayed at exceeded expectations in all ways. We were disappointed that this property wasn’t the same caliber. Having knowledge of the vacation property management industry and my husband in construction, we understand that it’s not always the property managements fault as some of the decisions fall on the owner.
This home had many repairs needing completed, the quality of construction was on the lower end of industry standard. The furnishings were well used and items such as bath towels could use refreshing. The other couple in MB1 were unable to sleep in the mattress and reported it too uncomfortable. We found a solution by moving one of the double mattresses from the bunk beds into the room and they slept on the floor.
The pool was amazing and we enjoyed our vacation. It was a success overall. I left a list of items we thought could use repair, hopefully some of the items will be addressed. We will continue to use this vacation rental company, just not stay at this particular home.
