Nestled in Memphis, this attractive house for $149 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This 1,100 foot cottage is perfect walking distance to everything Midtown Has to offer. Brooks Museum,Overton Park,Overton Square.... 20+ restaurants, bars,movie theater,Ballet Memphis,2 theatre groups and live music. The Space I am a local contractor and designer who has taken this 1910 cottage and gutted it to the studs and made it a 2016 show place with attention to the details. Everything is new. Kitchen has gas cooking and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a memorable meal. Cozy dining nook in kitchen has seating for four. 2 with king bed and private bath with walk in shower and the other with Queen bed and hall bath. Both with luxurious bedding and linens. 3 HDTV with cable,Apple TV,Netflix and WiFi provided to my guests. Back yard is fenced and provides a patio with comfortable seating. My goal in choices of finishes and furnishings was to provide better than a 5 star hotel quality me know if I accomplished my goal !! If I missed anything let me know and it will be provided. Guest Access It is all yours to use (one closet is locked for owners supply storage). One car driveway parking. Street parking directly in front of home available for additional parking. Keyless entry lock on front door makes access that much easier.. Interaction with Guests I live one mile from home and am available immediate to resolve any issues that may arise. The Neighborhood The neighborhood is by far the biggest draw for all guest who chose my cottage for their stay. Location,location, truly can take a cab from airport to my cottage and walk to activities,restaurants and bars to fill a long weekend and never drive. For venturing out of the neighborhood, Uber is is easy to Downtown,Bass Pro,Beale Street and Graceland. If driving, ample parking provided. We were absolutely pleased with our accommodations and the flexibility of our host. We had a previous rental that did not meet our expectations and when I reached out to Ben, he immediately accommodated us with short notice! His properties are absolutely beautiful and comfortable! Everything about Ben’s home was perfect. Very clean and cozy. About 15 minutes away from Graceland by car. Graceland is definitely worth going to but make early reservations and get VIP tickets. We spent nearly 6 hours there. The street the house is on is quiet and pretty safe. There’s a local bar restaurant named Huey’s that has excellent food and service. If you decide to go to the popular Beale street be extremely careful and go during the day. That area unfortunately is extremely dangerous. Other than Beale street, we had such a wonderful time. So many good places to eat.

The throw mats in the bathrooms could hv been washed! There could have been more curb appeal in front and backyard of the cottage. Overall the cottage really felt like home!!! Ben was very helpful! He always responded to my messages ASAP! I really would stay there again if I am ever in Memphis again….

This is a fabulous place for a couple to stay who want 2 bathrooms adjacent to the master bedroom. The bed is quite comfortable. The location is quiet and feels safe and Overton Square is right around the corner. TAMBOLI’s Pizza & Pasta is worth getting in the car and making a 3 minute drive. We will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed Graceland , midtown and Beale St. We suggest replacing the carpet in master bedroom and master bath or tossing them out. Other then that the house was clean.

The place is nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen and bath. Don't leave food out or the ants will come immediately! Short drive for groceries and eateries. Wish both bathrooms had onsuites. Both bathrooms are off one bedroom. Nice laundry facilities.

The house is wonderful. Ben has done a great job! It is close to some awesome restaurants- BaBalu, Huey’s, Saltwater Crab. Convenient to downtown - it seemed everything we wanted to do was in between 2-5 miles away. Felt very secure and comfortable in the quiet neighborhood. We definitely would stay again if ever back in Memphis!!!

The property was in a quiet section of midtown within walking or very short driving distance to Overton Square. There is a driveway for one vehicle but easy parking right in front of the house for a second vehicle. Although the neighborhood seemed very safe, the property has ample locks (it is Memphis afterall). The host (Ben) was very responsive. The property was immaculate and the furniture (beds and couch) were quite comfortable. There were tons of amenities starting with the best TV programming I've ever seen (YouTube TV, netflix, Roku, etc). Washer and drier worked great, fully stocked kitchen, nice master shower, great fridge. The place was well decorated. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but you get the idea. Will definitely try to stay here again.

We had a great time staying in Memphis. The home was central to Midtown with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was clean and quaint, but with enough room for 4 adults to be comfortable and have a great time. Thank you so much.
