Located in Folly Beach, this charming condo for $335 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. WONDERFUL third floor ocean view Condo at Folly Beach. BEST view in the building. Elevator for easy access. One block off of Center Street with many restaurants and shops. View and walk to Folly Beach Fishing Pier and ocean. Beautifully decorated. Perfect for families. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms: 2 queen beds and a set of twin beds. See attached photos. Wireless internet. 42' HD tv with cable in main room. Two smaller tvs in 2 of the bedrooms. Many return vacationers..... 20 minutes to historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. NO SMOKING. NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO PETS. Sorry, there is no pool. Only two parking spots per unit. During the off season--October to March, please give me your range of spending and I will try to work with you anyway I can. For all reservations, there is a 2 night minimum, a 145.00 cleaning charge which includes towels and linens and 14% tax rate. VRBO now requires on line booking which means use of a credit card and additional fees. VRBO does allow up to 3 installment payments depending on when reservation is made and when the arrival is scheduled.

The unit was well equipped and we were able to enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner. Many restaurants close by and easy to explore Charleston from here. Gets a bit noisy at night or early morning, but not too bad.

We would be happy to return, and stay here over and over again. The host was outstanding, and was super responsive to all of our questions. The location was great as it was close to everything in Folly Beach. The house itself was tidy and nice. Everything was perfect. Thanks so much!!

We stayed 6 nights recently. The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the kitchen necessities one would need. Everything worked well an was very comfortable. The view was awesome and very close to lost of restaurants and gift shops. It was just as the owner described. My only complaint was they the bed was too high and not so comfortable. I’m only 5’ 1” tall and disabled and the bed came above my belly button. I could not get in the bed by myself. It was awkward and embarrassing. With that being said I would still book this rental again and hope the bed had been replaced.

The property was immaculate, possibly better than described. Very roomy, clean, comfortable, easy access to everything, and the deck and view were amazing! The ocean was right there in front of us, we loved it!

Comfortable and convenient and you can’t beat the view from the spacious covered balcony with plenty of seating! Never need your car-walk everywhere it is so close to Bert’s which is NECESSARY and the best! And Center St for shops and restaurants and Taco Boy right next door. Very nice place and easy check in!

Short walk to beach and Center Street Property is well appointed and clean. Elevator is a real plus. Will definitely return when visiting Folly Beach.

Owner is very responsive. Place is true to the listing. Close proximity to beach and pier. 20 minutes to Charleston and surrounding areas with plenty to see and do. Highly recommend! We are coming back and staying here again in the spring.

I take a long weekend birthday trip every year with my neice and her husband. Last year we stayed near Folly and loved it so we decided to come back this year. So glad we did. This condo is in the heart of Folly Beach. The on line pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful funishings and very spacious. The view of the water is amazing. Such a wonderful place to wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony. The property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond to anything we needed. We plan on returning for many years to come. Highly recommend this unit!

The condo is in a great location, close to the beach and steps from all the food and shops. The condo itself was beautiful. Very clean and provided everything we needed.

This property is a short walk to the beach in the center of town. We enjoyed visiting the beaches, restaurants, and shops. The condo was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean with a wonderful deck that you could sit out and read, relax on the swing, or get some work done.

The condo was even nicer than the photos. The kitchen was well equipped. We liked having a door code. We could all come and go with no keys to manage. The owner was very attentive and flexible.

The property was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. Location was also perfect as it was so close to the beach and also downtown shops and restaurants.

The condo is a perfect location. Within easy walking distance to all that Center Street has to offer as well as to the beach & the pier. The balcony is perfect for coffee or cocktails and the dining room is a great place for low country boil and card games. Wonderful Thanksgiving getaway.
