Located in Ossipee Lake, this lovely house for $304 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This spacious family friendly townhouse offers something for everyone. From lake and mountain views, with many attractions just around the corner, to a private beach steps from the back patio, this is a place where memories are made. This four level townhouse, with over 2200 square feet, has recently been updated with new paint and decor. From the cozy fourth floor loft to the large second living space, there is plenty of room to spread out. A private end unit makes it ideal for families or groups of adults wanting a get away. A large open living space makes for memorable large gatherings while small intimate nooks make for great napping and reading. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need for a five star meal is available to you with more supplies than you will need. A handy dishwasher and microwave add to all the comforts of home. A separate laundry room with a new washer and dryer make it easy to do a quick load of wet towels and bathing suits. A downstairs extra living space is a great place for teens to hang out and watch a movie or play a game of Foosball. A kayak, canoe, and paddle boat are available to renters as well as the grill on the private patio. Find the Ossipee sandbar and join the locals as they play a friendly game of volleyball knee deep in the clean Ossipee water. Snowmobile trails straight from the property along with ski resorts nearby make this a perfect winter retreat as well. Come home after a long cold day outside to enjoy the wood fireplace on the main level and the new cozy wood stove on the lower level. We had our family of five here, more relatives in another unit.We all cooked and ate at our unit.The kitchen and dining area was ample.This is a generous space with lots of beds and places to be. The deck faces a green space and the lake and is furnished for several people to hang out. The space underneath is good for cooking out. It is comfortable and clean, has natural light from two sides. It is quiet enough to hear the natural life surrounding us. We used the kayaks and had a great time. It was too cold to swim in late September, but we waded and enjoyed the view.

This is my 4th stay, love the property and location. Bathrooms were clean as well as bedrooms with fresh linens. We only had 1 trash bag for the kitchen. There were towels left in the basement to be washed upon our arrival but we did have enough for our own use. We thought the kitchen floor and stove hood could use some extra cleaning. These comments would not affect our future rentals.

Rebekah and Todd provide an amazing property. It’s clean, comfortable and it’s an incredible location. Communication is clear for checking in and checking out. If there are any questions at, they’re answered immediately. My family and I stayed for a week and look forward to next summer here as well!

Beautiful Rental. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back. Kitchen has all the supplies you need. We loved the open layout of the main floor and view of the lake. Lots of water floats and beach chairs. Easy access to the boats. Great for kids. Can't wait to come back.

Better than expected
The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The location was less than 2 miles to the golf course which was the main reason for the visit. The host/hostess were always available for any questions. The only downside is parking. I had a relative close by so we were able to park the other two cars at her place. I would 100% stay there again!

Probably the best place we’ve ever rented via Vrbo! Super clean, recently renovated, and comfortable. Went with another family and enjoyed tubing and skiing at King Pine (only about 20 mins away). Also close to North Conway so we went there a few times as well. The property is right on the lake and we would love to visit in the summer as well to take advantage of the great location. Owners were easy to get in touch with and expectations were clear. Our kids kept saying “We want to live here!” Everyone had an amazing time! Highly recommend!

Perfect place
Sometimes it can be tricky to find a place where our blended family can feel comfortable - we need a little space from one another but also plenty of opportunity to all be together having fun. Your beautiful condo gave us a perfect opportunity for a wonderful experience! We all went skiing at Mt. Cranmore on Saturday and then returned to the condo for pizza, football and couch time! Perfect! Your place was so well decorated and clean with plenty of space for everything. I hope we can return when we could enjoy the lake! Thank you!

Lovely summer get away on the lake
This was the perfect get away for our group of 8. Steps from beautiful lake perfect for swimming. We had fun with the kayaks and paddle boats. Kitchen had everything we needed to make lots of meals. All the pots and pans and knives we needed. Lovely view of lake from unit. Close to Conway and North Conway and plenty of fun things to do in area. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Book this spot if you like a relaxing get away on the lake, want a romantic get away, or a fun family vacation. Thank you

We had an amazing time. The condo was absolutely beautiful! Even better then the pictures. We had children of all ages and all of them had thier separate spaces and enjoyed all the amenities. Having the board games were an extra plus and the kids played lots of games. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect location ,just a beautiful scenery and home . The owners were amazing ! Excellent communication and very very kind . I highly recommend this rental and we can't wait to come back in June !

Holiday getaway
We visited over the holidays with a small family group. The property was just what we needed. Our only disappointment was that the lake wasn't frozen yet but we still had fun hiking and skiing nearby. I would also add that the kitchen was well stocked, in terms of having everything you need to make your own meals, (e.g. utensils, pots and pans, knives, cutting boards, etc.). We've stayed in other VRBO properties and this was best, in terms of having all the kitchen stuff. We're not regular visitors to NH but we would definitely return to this property again at some point.

So glad we picked this property.
Property was everything we were told it would be. It was well stocked and roomy for my family. Weather was rainy and cold but we had plenty of room to spread out and play games from the well stocked supply. The locations was perfect for us. We had great views and we were close to my family. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxation on the lake!
Great property with great owners. Walked into hospitality. Left craving more. Well stocked home on a beautiful end unit overlooking amazing views of the lake. We took full advantage of the canoe and paddleboat. Neighbors were lovely and area was clean. Overall a great trip to relax and unwind as a family.
