Located in Snowmass Village, this charming condo for $220 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Snowmass Village Rental License #051344 PLEASE CONTACT US ABOUT RENTALS UNDER 4 days. DURING HIGH TIME WE TYPICALLY TAKE WEEK RENTALS, BUT WILL ALLOW SHORTER STAYS TO FILL IN THE GAPS. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Great price in this location! This 2 bedroom/2 bath Lower Willows Condominium building F is located just 2 minutes from the brand new Snowmass Base Village, with the restaurants, shops and Tree House ski school and just off of Fanny Hill! Base Village is the new heart of the mountain and contains many shops and restaurants and a new gondola for skiing in the winter or biking during the summer season. TOTALLY RENOVATED CONDO. EVERYTHING IS NEW AND UPGRADED. Brand new kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Brand new flooring through out. Completely new bathrooms with tiled showers, custom cabinets and granite counters. The condo has ski-in/ski-out access with a short 2 minute walk on a heated path to Fanny Hill where you can jump right on the slope and ski down to a 6-pack lift or gondola at Base Village. No need to drive or shuttle to the ski area, just walk right out your door 100 yards to the lift! It is easy to ski right down for lunch and a short break before you tear up the slopes in the afternoon, or stay up on the mountain at one of the many fine on-mountain restaurants. If you like, you can also easily walk up to the Snowmass Village Mall to sample the shops and restaurants there or jump on the free Village gondola ride at Base Village. You don't have to drive once you arrive unless you want to take a trip into Aspen or visit one of the other mountains that is part of the Aspen skiing company. There is free parking in the lot right outside the front door with plenty of room for guests. The condo is conveniently located close to several shuttle stops that can take you into Aspen for a night on the town or up to the Village Mall for the restaurants and shopping up there (if you do not want to walk the 5 minutes!). The condo features a full service small kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, crockpot and all pots and pans and utensils. There is a full-size dining table that seats 6 people and a full living room area with a flat panel 42' TV, DVD player, stereo and gas fireplace. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps another 2 people. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with brand new, plush, memory foam mattress, with soft and warm bedding, and pillows. There is also a brand new 32' flat screen t.v. in the master suite equipped with cable, that is free for guests. The second suite has a brand new bunk bed, with full over full sized beds, each with memory foam mattresses AND a stowaway trundle bed that stores conveniently just underneath the bunk. This room can easily accommodate 3 people. This room also has a 32' flat screen t.v., that comes equipped with cable. The 2 bathrooms each have a tub/shower combination and the front bathroom has a washer/dryer for your cleaning needs. There is a brand new hot tub just outside our building. There is also a pool/hot tubs combination up by the Snowmass Mall, a short walk from the unit, just north of the Willows "A" building, that is for use of all the residents and guests. The condo is only 15 minutes from the Aspen airport, 45 minutes from Glenwood Springs and the renowned hot springs pool, and 1 hr 30 minutes from the Eagle/Vail airport, where direct 757 flights from many cities are available. This condo has been in our family since the ski resort's inception and we hope that you will enjoy it as much as we have! Snowmass is a very family friendly resort, both in the winter and summer. My expectations were exceeded! We had a wedding in Aspen and were only in the area four days, but this Snowmass location was great. I will certainly stay at this condo if possible in the future. It had everything we needed and more. My son came in from Crested Butte and a daughter from Germany so having parking spots for more than one vehicle was a big plus for us. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This condo is my home away from home while skiing at Snowmass. I've stayed here a number of times and watched its changes over the years and enjoy my time here everytime.

Good location for a ski trip. Short walk to the lift. Clean and comfortable ground floor accommodations. The hot tub was a plus for after a day of skiing. And they were very responsive when we had questions. Our flights back home got cancelled due to freezing rain in DFW. We hope to come back again.

The location of the Snowmass Condo was great! You can walk to and from the Village easily for meals and bus service to Aspen and the valley. The condo was very comfortable! The furniture, beds, and kitchen were very nice. The new hot tub around the corner was delightful! Thanks for sharing your place!

Overall nice property for the price/location - close to village and gondolas and trails by foot. Directions to condo could be better - would recommend a diagram in addition to written directions, especially when arriving in the dark. 2 of 3 lights weren’t working in master (bulbs?) Bathrooms nicely updated. Kitchen was well equipped. Clean overall.

Always a great stay
This is the third or fourth time staying at this property and it is always a wonderful time. Snowmass is really my favorite place to ski and Aspen is a lot of fun too. It's different this year without being able to go to Belly Up but hopefully next year will be better on that account.

Very good location, practically ski out, short walk in
Spacious living room and dining room. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Can ski out down to the base. Walk up is less than 5 minutes. Nice balcony. First floor location right in front of parking lot is very convenient for loading/unloading.
Google maps shows wrong location, follow the driving instructions provided in the checking documents. We got lost on arrival as it was dark.
Overall very happy with the place. Bathrooms are both accessible from common areas. Single sinks with little space but manageable.

Made for a perfect vacation!
This was a fantastic place to stay. We came for the Ragnar Snowmass trail race and this house was close enough to be part of the action but great to come back to for showers and sleep. Not only that but Snowmass is BEAUTIFUL and we loved being in the mountains. The owners were awesome and emailed everything we needed prior to our arrival. House was clean and had basic kitchen needs. The oven is a little small, but that wasn’t a huge deal. We also weren’t sure what to do with sheets/clean up when we left, but it seemed to workout ok to put dirty linen in the bathtub. I would definitely stay here again. Don’t look further when wanting to stay in Snowmass Village!

Location,location,location. Plenty of room. Fabulous new hot tub with heated sidewalk. Economical rent in a very high rent ski area. You want extra fancy and pay much more,then go to Aspen Ski Corp. rentals.

Cozy Andy convenient
This is a very nice double unit in a great location. You walk right over to the village express lift. There’s a new hot tub just steps from the condo door. The unit is older, but the beds were very comfy, the living room was spacious and cozy.
It was so great to have ski in ski out. And also we used the small but useable kitchen to cook dinner and breakfast, saving us money!
I highly recommend this property!

Economically the most perfect condo
The condo is in a great location. The lack of snow didn’t allow us to “ski in/ski out,” but still very close and easy balking distance. We kept trying to find a day to take the bus over to Aspen, but the convenience of how close to the lifts we were at Snowmass made it too easy to just stay. (We finally went to Aspen on our last day just to say we did, but some of our party came back to Snowmass for the afternoon). The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. When I was shopping around, I chose this condo for its price and convenience to the slopes. I’m very happy with the choice. The Lees were also very responsive whenever I emailed them before arriving. We didn’t need anything once we got there. Again, so happy it’s our choice.

A great place to stay in Snowmass.
Convenient to shuttle or to drive but still very quiet. Nice that the front porch was private. A little confusion with the bedding but the owner was quick to take care of it with the management company. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
