Situated in Incline Village, this attractive condo for $231 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. New for 2022: new carpets, newly upholstered couch, 65" smart TV. When we go on vacation, we want our accommodations to be comfortable, clean, good quality and conveniently located. So when we decided to buy and fix up our home away from home in Incline, our goal was to achieve just that. Come meet our hideaway this winter/summer and take a break here and you will truly feel like you are on vacation both indoors and outdoors. The upstairs is bright and sunny with high windows, gorgeous scenery and a vaulted ceiling. You can savor cooking, baking and grilling in our fully stocked kitchen (with a wide selection of pots and pans, utensils, appliances, sharp knives, serving platers, etc.). Enjoy the granite topped kitchen counters, a full pantry closet for storage, and a Weber gas grill just outside on the deck. Revel in the rustic accessories and furnishings, along with the Pottery Barn comfortable sectional couch. Laze on one of the two full decks, each with different views. Or cozy up inside next to the gas fireplace. We understand the importance of accessibility. We have Wi-fi and multiple outlets for charging. For those who need to work or at least check in, we provide an office nook upstairs and a desk in a bedroom downstairs. For entertainment, our cable package includes many channels, on-demand, and HBO. Enjoy watching on the wall-mounted 65" HD TV. We also have a Blu-ray DVD player. We provide instructions for all media and remotes. We also provide an easy HDMI connection so you can stream from your own device (e.g. laptop). Bring your own HDMI cable. The 3 carpeted and designer decorated bedrooms downstairs offer plentiful storage, and brand new quality mattresses and linens. The stunning master bath has a double sink vanity and large closet. We tried to think of everything you would need so only pack your toiletries and clothes. Rejuvenate with endless hot water, from the tankless water heater, in the spacious master shower with handheld showerhead or in the guest jetted bathtub. We took extra detail to provide a variety of pillows, fluffy towels, and extra blankets and linens. This end unit condo is just a short one mile drive to Diamond Peak and a 20 minute drive to Mt. Rose. Take a short walk down to the lake, or to restaurants and the Hyatt Casino. Incline Village has so many activities, community events and amazing restaurants to enjoy. During the summer, enjoy swimming in the complex's two outdoor pools, one of which is just a short walk from our unit. The good news is that you don’t have to wind your way through the complex to find the unit or a parking spot. There is parking right off Country Club Drive, and its right next to the unit so unloading is a breeze. We will not be present on the property during guest's stays. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests, parking for up to two vehicles.

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed! It was clean, close to Mt. Rose, and had bunk beds for the kiddos :) The only downside is that the condo faces a main road and the snow plows woke us up super early. We still loved it and I would definitely stay at this condo again!

Our family absolutely loved our time at this Incline Village condo. The space was clean, welcoming, and well stocked with all the necessary items. I was especially thrilled to find a yoga mat, and was able to squeeze in a few sessions out on the deck. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us.

Excellent location 5 mins from Diamond Peak and good parking. Condo was clean and well appointed and Dirk the owner was excellent in communicating and very responsive. Would stay again.

Great location for Diamond Peak ski week. Shuttle stops nearby. Drive to parking lot is ~5 min. House has is cozy and has everything you need. Hosts were communicative and helpful when I goofed up the electronic reservation process. Would def stay again.

This place was simply wonderful. The layout was fantastic with living space on top and all the bedrooms on the lower floor. The furniture was really comfortable and the heating options were magnificent (controls in every room). Location was great for skiing too! Highly recommend!

This hoke really does have everything you need from kitchen supplies to sleds to go down the snowy hill within the community. It took us awhile to find to unit, but once you find it, you'll love where it's at.

Property was just as advertised and property manager was very responsive. The location was perfect for both downtown Incline Village and Diamond Peak. Parking is convenient right outside the condo, however with the heavy snow those spots do not get plowed, so you have to park in the main complex, which requires a longer carry. The upgrades to the condo (carpet, TV, upholstery) were great. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The owner’s thought of everything. We were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner with enough pots, pans and cooking utensils. I brought a meat thermometer… didn’t need to. The kitchen was stocked with one. Accidentally bought whole bean coffee. No worries—they had a coffee grinder. I brought one game for my son to play… no need, they had a plethora of family fun games. And snow sleds and discs for outdoor playing. We had an excellent time. Highly recommend this rental.

Cozy condo in a great location, just off Tahoe Blvd. The only improvement suggestion I have is that the 2 queen sized beds could use softer mattresses. Though I realize mattresses are a personalized preference, these were extremely firm with no give at all. But I was able to get comfortable in the bottom bunk (full sized) since it was softer.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you Dirk and Joann! Three bedrooms provided plenty of place for us to sleep. Bathrooms are fully remodeled. Kitchen was well stocked and the upstairs area where the kitchen and family room are was perfect for two families to hang out. We’ll definitely be considering this location if we go skiing at the diamond peak which from the condo. there are tons of activities close by, disc flying course right next to the tennis courts. There’s a science center. Beach is a five minute drive. There is a really cool hike to Monkey Rock just a five minute drive down the road.

My friends and I loved our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with how much space this condo had! Everything worked great and the location is amazing! So close to lots of cool shops, restaurants, biking trails and the lake itself! Definitely would come back to this condo to stay again.

Very well appointed, comfortable and lovely condo with owners that were available to answer questions and/or help. Owners provided access to passes for local private beaches which was a wonderful benefit. Great all around, we’ll be back.

The property was quite nice. The owners responded quickly when we had questions. I will say that the surface units on the stove didn’t heat up well, making cooking a bit tricky. But all in all, our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely stay there again.

This is the second year that we have stayed at this property. This place is such a gem! The home is clean, well-organized, and in a lovely and convenient location. The bedrooms and living area have ample space for our family of 6 to comfortably rest, enjoy a meal, and do a puzzle together. Before checking out this year, we booked another stay for next summer!

The owners of this property have taken great care to provide their guests with everything they need to have a great vacation. Every bedroom has it's own thermostat and USB chargers, there's PLENTY of cookware, the knives actually cut vegetables and the showers have great water pressure (and lots of hot water). We'd definitely stay there again!

Unit was exactly as described. Lots of attention to detail - extra supplies, clearly labeled items and instructions, even extra USB charging ports everywhere. Having extra sleds available was wonderful for our son who was even able to sled down the hill right outside the front door. Would definitely stay here again.
