I OWN BOTH THIS TOWNHOUSE AND THE UNIT LOCATED NEXTDOOR (VRBO LISTING #956165) SO RENT NEXT TO YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY IF YOU LIKE. This two story property features many upgrades and recent total unit renovations such as new, floors, appliances, washer dryer, stone countertops, garbage disposal and more. It offers a large second floor balcony for sunning, and a semi-private gardened patio for relaxing and grilling. Tastefully furnished in a natural motif. Two bedrooms (with ceiling fans) and each with its own bathroom, one with a king-size bed and one with two twins that can be pushed together to make a second king. Half bath downstairs. Exterior building has had a complete exterior makeover! Looks brand new! High-speed Wi-Fi! Flat Screen TV, cable and DVD player in each bedroom and the den (one with Blu-ray). Very child friendly community and only 3 blocks from a terrific playground. PETS WELCOME, please contact owner with information on pets (there is a $20/night pet fee). PLEASE NOTE: this property has a circular staircase. Security deposit of $300, returned within 15 days of check out if no damage. Off season short term rentals available (2 night minimum). THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE There is a wonderful sunny patio to relax on in the evenings, and a large second floor deck that is shaded by the trees. The community has a salt water pool. We had a great time staying here during our long beach weekend. The house is perfectly located near the main strip of Rehoboth beach and within a very nice community with a couple of parks nearby. Our kids loved the parks and proximity to everything. No issues during our time here and everything had clear instructions as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great family spot near the beach that is affordable and comfortable.

We have rented in this complex for years. It is a very nice well maintained complex. So glad its pet friendly. It's not far from the boardwalk. But yet far enough out there's no noise. The condo was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again! Thank you Courtney for share your rental!

Our stay at your townhouse was wonderful. There was plenty of room and space for storage. The bedrooms were spacious and well organized and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of room for items needed. The steps were a little challenging at first but after a few times up and down they became less so! As for the kitchen, it was stocked with everything we needed. Maybe a Keurig in the future? The kitchen table was great! We loved the size and comfort of it. Having the downstairs bathroom was a plus too! It was nice to have the outdoor patio. If the weather was better we would have used it more. The parking was excellent, especially being that it was covered. Finally, the location couldn’t have been better. It was only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer for sure. We look forward to coming down again!

We had a great time at this cute beach house. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to all our favorite places in town. We will definitely rent again! It was nice to meet our gracious host next door.

GREAT location for walking to town. Quiet neighborhood. Easy in and out since no keys. Courtney quick responses to questions before stay. My friend said twin beds were not sturdy or comfortable for her. Master king bed was wonderful. Also loved the deck off of it and the lounge chairs. My dog and I sat out there and relaxed often.

So many great things to say about our stay in Rehoboth! Courtney is an amazing host, extremely responsive and very accommodating. The house couldn’t have been in a more perfect location, we walked everywhere! Everything was clean and the home instructions were so easy to follow (which isn’t always the case when you rent a house). We can’t wait to come back and stay here!

This an excellent property just steps away from all that Rehoboth Ave. has to offer. The house is pet friendly and Courtney is a responsive and friendly host. The only caution I would give is that the elegant spiral staircase to the second floor may not be suitable for families with small children. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first stay. The location is PERFECT--we walked everywhere the whole time we were in Rehoboth. This condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved our time here and look forward to another stay in the future!

We have rented this pet friendly property several times over the years. Property is clean and the host is very responsive to guest inquiries and needs. Location is great, only a short walk to Rehoboth Ave. and the beach. We will be back!

The condo is at a great location for downtown activities. The neighborhood is quiet and very quaint. Check in and check out is super easy. Condo was very clean. Loved we could take our small dog. We will definitely rent again.

Overall, we had a great experience. The location was lovely and the house was well stocked. It could have been cleaner (I found used kids underwear under the bed from previous guests). However, it was important to me to bring my large dog and we were permitted to do so which made me super happy and that is why I highly recommend it.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

We found the property to be just as described. It was very clean and plenty of room for 2 couples. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. There is a little path from the parking lot which puts you right in the M&T lot (right on the Main Street). You will need to walk a few blocks to the beach but we didn’t mind. The weather wasn’t quite hot enough for us to use the pool, so I can’t provide feedback there. Overall, we would definitely stay again!
