1154 Cinnamon Beach unit exceeded expectations! It was clean, comfortable, beautiful and very well stocked! We especially enjoyed all the thoughtful details in the kitchen. There were 2 types of coffee makers, blender, toaster and toaster oven. There were 3 full sets of nice dishes to make meals special. In addition to all the glassware, there were insulated metal and plastic cups for beachside. Speaking of Beach, many beach towels, kickboatds, noodles were provided! We loved time on the balcony, pools, and exploring the beach. The large rocks/ coral at waters edge made actual swimming difficult this year (we’ve been coming for 8 years and never had that issue before) but we drove to Flagler beach 15 mi utes away to swim in the ocean. We also wish the adult pool was open longer- 8:00 is very early to close.

The good: condo is beautifully appointed, beautiful lake view, workout facility fair, pools are nice but too warmThe bad: we discovered LOTS of wet towels in the dryer 3 days into our stay (left from prior guests/cleaning crew)therefore had to rewash 2 loads of someone else’s towels. The tile floor felt “sticky” upon arrival and our bare feet quickly turned black. The beach has TONS of large rocks, essentially blocking access to the ocean unless one is willing to have feet and legs cut up. Without beach restoration I would not return. If ocean/beach isn’t important to you, the condo is s nice place Not sure if I’d recommend Place or not, but I’m not given a “maybe” option

Cinnamon Beach Paradise
Condo and grounds were immaculate.....The beach was 40 second walk and the two pools were a couple of minutes. The security was top notch....We were assured that we were safe. All sights., sounds, food were conveniently located near us. This was our 2nd stay....we will be back!!

Perfect "Mom's Weekend" trip. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo. Enjoyed exploring the surrounding area for dinner each night which was a success three nights in a row (Mezzaluna, Red Crab and Mamaling). The kids loved the family pool and the kids lounge and me and my husband really enjoyed the quiet pool. The beach was very easy access and so beautiful! Stayed at this property from January thru mid- March. Owners have made several improvements over the years (mattress in the master bedroom, tv’s, side chairs, microwave to name a few. They should be proud of their investment. However, the couch really needs replacement and there was only one lounge chair on the balcony. Just a note though - we realize that these units are owned and leased. We found the owner upstairs is quite heavy on their feet and found that the dishes rattled as they walked through their unit. We also understand that this is an ‘hoa’ community and being a renter on a floor below has some drawbacks at times. We were very satisfied with our stay, condo was immaculate, property grounds are kept beautiful, the location has great access to market, beach and restaurants and much more. Cinnamon beach vacations is great to work with - Scott and Lauren are quick to respond. When/if issues arose we just called the office. Lauren is a HUGE asset to the business - thanks again for all your help!

Very nice! Condo was great, Publix 6 mins away, beach is beautiful. Only down side.. there are big rocks in shallow water of the beach in many spots which make it difficult to enter the ocean.

COVID-19 put a damper on our vacation ... closed beaches and pools, etc. However, the weather was great (vs. Michigan's), lots of walking, and a nice condo with a great view from it's balcony. Master bedroom's mattress could have been firmer. Overall, we had a good time.

First, beware that you will have to pay $2 toll at the toll bridge before you cross into the resort area, you do not pay toll on the way out, but each time you come back across the bridge you have to pay $2. The location of the community and the surrounding areas is simply beautiful. Very well kept up and clean. The condo was very clean, the dishes were clean, plenty of towels (look for more in the closet next to the bathroom). The condo is very big and plenty of space to move around. Our favorite spot was the balcony where we ate every meal and watched the birds and the turtles on the lake. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware, plates, cups, glasses, and some spices. They provided starter dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, and TP. The pools were fantastic. Both the adults and the kids got their fill of the pools. There is one for adults only that had many reasonable rules to follow, where the adults in our group spent most of our days, there was the beach access right next to it which was nice. The kids pool had plenty of entertainment rooms and a cafe that had really great food for reasonable prices. We were very happy with the place and are already talking about returning next year.

The condo was very nice and spacious with a large balcony. I think this property is for people with young kids and elderly people. Too many rules in the adult pool and no bar service. Be aware the building number does not match your unit number. Example: if you have unit number 200 it will be in building 300. Very annoying to unload your vehicle and discover your in the wrong building.

Upon entering the property we were all very pleased with the scenery, the security, cleanliness and the security. We had no real problems. A suggestion, the TVs need to be upgraded, rather small and the one in the living goes in and out. Also the bedroom with the full size bed may not have been occupied last, and we found a couple of small insects on the sheets, appeared to be outside bugs. We just washed the linen. The view from the balcony is awesome and the open layout is great for family gatherings. I would definitely re-book. Oh yes, the amenities, pools, weight room etc., were breathtakingly beautiful, even though our schedule did not permit us to use. That is one more suggestion, change the pools closing times to later. Hopes this helps.
