Very good

no food in the hotel , we should order from Swiggy or Zomato in night times the orders are not accepted by food delivery apps

Excellant budget stay in the centre of town Madikeri

The apartment was big and had a spectacular view from balcony. The staff was polite and friendly. Even the breakfast is vert good - having a lot of south indian varieties.The quality of the food is great. They have a very good dining area where you can microwave your food and eat peacefully.

Due to rain the rooms were having some bad smell and dampness on some part of walls.

Exceptional

Breakfast was superb. 5 mins cab drive to Raja seat, the entire property is new, good value for money, the rooms are spacious, the entire bathroom fittings was of jaquar, naveen was extremely helpful, each room is having balcony, please take room which have valley view, the night view from balcony was marvellous, Daily 1 ltr bottle and breakfast is complimentary.

All are superb.

Exceptional

The location. The property where we stayed was A class. I have stayed at many five star hotels and I think this is at par with others. Do not bother looking out for any more hotels or resorts as this one is the best. What we liked is the service and the cleaniness of the rooms and also the size of the rooms. Both Thrishul and Naveen did a fabulous job while we stayed.

It is comparable to a ginger hotel, room a little bigger. Great view of city from our room balcony. The property seems to be on the top and not many restaurants nearby. The staff get the food ordered from elsewhere. We got breakfast which was nice. The bed linen was clean and good.

All homes / residence very close around the hotel. Only dispenser soap in bathroom. The property seems to be on the top and not many restaurants nearby. The hotel itself does not have the kitchen. The staff get the food ordered from elsewhere. Once in the hotel you need to be in your room as there are no other activities and spaces to explore in the hotel itself. There was electricity tripping off too many times. The towels and hand towels didn’t smell fresh. The plastic cover on the newly bought beds weren’t removed so as you lie in the bed for sometime it gets very hot. Even with AC the bed warmed up because there was no airation happening. A decent hotel to just sleep over . So by that standards felt the rate a bit high
