overall ok to stay for an overnight stay

stayed in the family suite. Large beds. Good enough Restaurant was good

No air conditioning . Was cool enough in the evening and night. But was warm in the morning One staff was not sure if they had ironing box in the morning. But another friend of mine helped me get it from them😀 There was mild smell when we checked in. But later vanished

Nothing. only the location the Rooms were in pathetic condition. All the walls had seepage. bathrooms had cockroaches wandering around. the bedsheets and quilts were stinking like anything. There were bed bugs in the bed and we continued to itch all night. Oh and top of it the staff was so so rude we had to visit a local police station and lodge a complaint against the staff members. We were two girls and someone from the staff tried to open our door at 1 am in the night. Despite our complaint the next morning the manager and the lady laughed at us and said it is not possible. we even asked them to check camera footage yet they denied that. after all this we paid our balance amount and left. we didn’t want to argue with such people anymore. after which the actual harassment started. The entire staff came running to the basement and made a human chain in front of our car and accused us of taking the room key. THE ROOM KEY ?! if we had to run away after everything we could have not paid the balance amount and just walked out. our only resort was to file a compliant against the staff members for the harassment they did with us. They laughed at us, mocked us and even in the police station the manager said our tone was rude, if we had problems with room he said we could walk away but they won’t change bedsheets or clean the toilets.

horrible experience never ever will suggest this hotel to even my enemies. their license should be cancelled what how they harassed two girls.

Think before u book,

Booked Delicious room, but no A/C.No room service.. When booked it was mentioned BF included.. But was told no BF ..for that I they played Wt us.. I only one BF to b taken, horrible it was as well coffee.. I it doesn't matter sounds good to enquire so much for bf

1. The female receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and courteous. 2.Location was close to the KSRTC bus stop.

1. The male receptionist who replaced the one who checked us in was disinterested, disengaging and was found lacking in aspects of customer service which are basic to the hospitality industry. 2. The hotel itself "being named international" was situated next to an uncovered drain. 3. We had booked two "superior deluxe rooms", but the rooms were neither superior, nor deluxe. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty and didn't look like that it was even swept after the previous occupant had vacated. Also, the rooms which were meant to have balconies, had only glass window through which you could see outside. When asked we were told it's only balcony view, which should have been mentioned in the website. The curtains were filthy in one of the rooms. The kettles that were supposed to be part of the rooms were given only upon requesting. One of the towels was torn. 4.Half litre of water per room was provided and we were told that it was complimentary, and that we would have to pay for any additional water we required. Of what use are kettles if water isn't provided. On our previous vacations stays at other hotels, when kettles were part of the package, we always were provided with tea bags, coffee and sugar sachets, milk powder and cups. Sadly none of those things were provided in this place.

it was pathetic. i booked for 4days but I checkout within 24hrs

only the location was good else nothing was good in hotel.

it was pathetic. 1. I got the room which was smelling and water tabs were leaking. staff knew that it’s not in good condition but still they didn’t fix it before checkin. 2 i booked room with breakfast and they said for prepaid breakfast they offer only 3options. 3. I ordered breakfast at 8 and didn’t get till 10 then they sent breakfast and tea in plastic packets. no plates no spoon nothing.

Disappointing

Nothing except staff and parking slot.

Rooms smells bad to due to lack of light and cold weather itseems but room freshner has to provide.. Also, breakfast coupens provided only worth for 50rs which is not at all sufficient for one person breakfast in that hotel...
