Located between the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean, this beautiful 2nd floor villa offers all the comforts of home.
Picture yourself leaving the mainland and crossing over the causeway onto beautiful Hutchinson Island where emerald and turquoise waters surround you, causing the stresses of everyday life to take a vacation. Relax as you reach your gated community and begin to transform…you’re in heaven. Your gorgeous unit is fully furnished and decorated. But the most stunning feature is the view. Not only can you see the channel running peacefully into a quiet, secluded cove, one of many along the Indian River, but also you can keep an eye on your boat. Yes! The boat slip is just feet from your doorsteps.
Get in your boat and experience the fishing in the river. If the ocean is your delight, Fort Pierce inlet is only five minutes away. The river offers plentiful fishing opportunities, so much so that you can catch a trophy right from your own dock. In the river, you can catch trout, snook, and redfish. The inlet offers tarpon fishing, and in the Atlantic, you can battle large kingfish, dolphin, and more. Our kids love to take the kayak and row to one of the small islands in the river to watch the dolphins and manatees play. By the way, if you are into lobstering, this area is known for producing some of the largest Florida lobsters.
Probably one of the best assets that the Treasure Coast offers visitors is its beaches. Your condo has a deeded beach - just for you! Soft white sand that stretches on for miles. Surfers from all over the world come to these inlets to match their skills against the powerful waves. The configuration of the sand and the way the waves come in to the shore makes it a perfect condition for skim boarding. So much to do at the beach, sunbathing, shelling, surfing, boogie-boarding, and sand castles
Nature plays an important role in Hutchinson Island. As you drive down A1A, you will note various state parks and vast protected areas known as sanctuaries for birds and other wonderful creatures to thrive in their natural habitat.
Your unit is just steps from the heated swimming pool where you will find accommodations for barbecuing under a large airy gazebo with tables and chairs and a large gas grill, all within view of the 77 slip marina.
Just 10 minutes to Vero Beach where you will find wonderful shopping and superb dining. Two hours to Orlando for those fun-filled attractions. Minutes away from various championship golf courses.

We spent 2 and a half months in this unit (Dec 14, 2024 to February 28, 2025). It is a top class unit with everything you could ask for : clean, quiet, lot of space, well equiped, very confortable beds and a fantastic owner (Hector) always there to respond to your question.As far as the beach is concerned, we didn't use the private Lakeview beach. We preferred to go to Pepper Park beach (2 min car ride) where there are lifeguards and plenty of parking.So a place that will stay in our memory.Richard (snowbird from up North)

Can’t say enough about our stay at The Sands! Everything was just as the host Hector said it was! Beautiful beach and the community was great also! The condo was very clean and has everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Working with Hector was so easy and he just wanted us to enjoy our time at his condo. He checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I totally recommend staying here in this beautiful condo! We will be back!

We loved the condo. Hector called the first day and asked if we had any problems with directions and key codes. We did not. Hectors text message listed everything we needed. The condo was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. There was construction of new storm shutters and window railings, but since we were gone most of the daytimes it didnt bother us.
