About this condo rental
Located in Glendale, this charming condo for $209 per night is a great option for your next break. Beautiful, light, bright 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, top floor condominium steps from some of LA's premier shopping and dining. Unlike many properties, this is our clean and cared for home, not a corporate-managed business venture. New commercial-grade carpeting was just installed April 2021and new family room furniture in July as part of our regular updates. This condo, located in a secure building, features a full kitchen, eating area, expansive family room, and cozy balcony. The bedrooms contain a single (twin bed) and luxury Select Comfort Sleep Number double (full) bed in the secondary bedroom, and a queen size, luxury, memory foam bed with en suite bathroom in the master bedroom. Both rooms provide Egyptian cotton linens and down comforters. Central heat, AC units in each room, ceiling fans throughout. High speed wifi along with SmartTV with local HDTV channels & dvd player in family room (so bring your favorite movies on disc or your streaming subscriptions). Secure, reserved parking for 1 car in the building's garage. Elevator access for those who don’t love stairs. Why stay at a hotel when you can instead stay in a private condo?

Lovely place for 3 adults and 1 child! Nice and roomy with everything we needed! Beds were super comfy! Everything was nice and clean! And the little city was perfect! Quiet yet everything is within walking distance or a quick drive! Perfect for the Rose Parade or if you’re headed to Universal Studios!

We enjoyed our stay. Most of the beds were comfortable. The twin was a little rough. I had a dream on was sleeping in a hammock!

Simply put, during my stay at the property, we were greeted by ROACHES in the bathroom on the very first night. I was able to reach my host with questions initially, but as soon as I texted about the visitors, NO RESPONSE FOR THE REST OF THE STAY. She did not respond to Customer Service Support either according to them. I called& texted for paper trail purposes& documented the roach party. We scoured to find another place to stay with the help of customer support, but no avail so we moved into living room. I slept on the very uncomfy couch the whole stay. I was super disappointed in her not communicating with me, as well as things like the actual property not being truly reflective of the pictures. It looked spacious, upgraded,& chic. The outside of the building looks old and the apartment space and even the elevator is small. I tolerated it because I had no other choice, but I was really disappointed! I am still working with customer service to be properly accommodated. Until then, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Here for a week, very comfortable and lots of amenities, very clear communication from property owner—great setup for a family and easy interstate access plus lots of great food within walking distance and very safe area for walking, thanks for a great trip!

Glendale area is very good, very safe if compared to the rest of LA. Lots of stores and restaurants very close by ( 2 blocks away) “The Americana” high end shopping and the supermarket Ralph’s is 3 blocks away. Very nice and quite at night. No homeless around. Communication with Danielle was super frustrating and time consuming.
Check in process felt like I was in an escape room with lengthy directions like "find the lock with the gold heart sticker". Doing that in the dark with the sticker barely on the lock anymore was frustrating. The ten digit code to open the front door barely works as the buttons are hard to push and times out before you get to the end. Had no warning my car would be too large for the parking spot assigned. I had a mini-van. Condo was pretty clean, but dead lights bulbs in lamps and wall clock. Ceiling fans thick with dust when turned on, flew onto beds. Plenty of towels and hot water. Walking distance to food and shops. Would not stay here again though.
