Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a little rough process since we used another company to rent through and had a couple bumps along the way. However, once we got there and place was cleaned (prior renters left it a little messy), family had an amazing time. Definitely rent the golf cart and enjoy the beach and pool areas. Location was great. Not to touristy, yet close enough to get some of that as well.

There were a few little things that needed to be cleaned but at no fault to the owner, just from previous guests that housekeeping must have missed. Other than that, everything else was amazing. Great location and the view from the back of house is beautiful. We had a great week and hope to stay here again in the future!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House desperately needs updates to include furniture, kitchen appliances with working ice maker in refrigerator, carpet, and at minimum a deep clean! Thank goodness Tina was able to make things right for what we experienced because there is potential with the house.

House does not come with linen, towels or toilet paper… will need to pay for linen and towels if needed….also house was very dusty, and on our 2nd day some of my family members woke up with bites, I called the office they sent someone out and they found bed bugs in 2/5 rooms so we ended leaving early and was refunded back our money but that ruined our trip cause then we had to find another spot that could accommodate us an pay more money… please just beware

We couldn't have picked a better property. It meet all our needs from the outside and inside. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Large living room for game nigh kitchen with everything we needed. It was truly perfect the whole family loved everything we can't wait to come back

The home was nice and suited our extended family's needs, with a couple of exceptions. The carpet needed cleaning, especially in the living room. There were several stains. The house did not appear to have been professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. The bathrooms had to be re-cleaned by us. Also, there were crumbs on the carpet. There was an incident where the real estate lady was extremely rude because we mistakenly parked on the grass for an hour. (We missed the parking instructions in the rules.) She could have nicely reminded us not to park on grass. All in all, with only a few exceptions which could be easily remedied, we enjoyed the home and its amenities..
