Great location with two Golf Carts available for a 3 minute journey down to the beach - there is a dedicated car park for people living/staying on Oceanside Village on the beach. Great facilities, spacious bedrooms and loads of helpful items for both living in the house and going to the beach. Ample parking for cars (4/5 will fit easily) and in an area where there are plenty of restaurants, take-aways and supermarkets - including a Walmart Supercenter around the corner. Host was great and very responsive, can't really ask for much more!
Only minor stuff so didn't detract from our stay at all:
1. Had to put sheets on the beds ourselves - understandable as the host and cleaning staff don't know how many beds are going to be used by the guests but slightly irritating after a 10 hour drive down(!)
2. The Village security passes cost $30 each so you can get in and out of the complex... but you only get $10 back on return. The passes are essential when taking a Golf Cart to the beach so it does feel like a cynical money-making exercise. No fault of the host at all of course as it is completely out of their control.

That house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Accessible to the pools and beach area and the kids had a great time in the game room. They even enjoyed riding around on the golf carts playing music and at night it was so cool and peaceful. Hopefully we can book the same place again because the hosts we so nice and friendly.
The only thing we had a need for was a larger grill only because we had so much meat we wanted to cook but it worked out okay, we had to cook some in the oven.
