About this cabin rental
Situated in Maggie Valley, this attractive cabin for $135 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This cabin is located in the heart of Maggie Valley, NC and has year round accessibility. For everyone's safety, It is equipped with an outside security camera that faces the driveway only. Maggie’s Hope cabin is located in the city limits of Maggie Valley and is a nice walk or short drive to all the events, great restaurants and quaint shops. It is fully equipped with all linens, kitchen accessories, high-speed internet, Vizio Smart TV, various books, games and basic toiletries. The cabin will sleep 4 comfortably which includes 2 master bedrooms with king size beds. It has 2 bathrooms and half bath/laundry room, a living room, dining room and back porch with 4 rocking chairs, nice swing and a table. Best of all is the BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN VIEW off the back porch! The back meadow is a great place to sight the local Elk and just breath in the fresh air. Cataloochee Ski Area is close by for skiers and tubers in the winter. Lake Junaluska is a 10 minute drive for the family to go walking, fishing, boating or swimming. Biltmore House, historic Waynesville, Cherokee and the Smoky Mountains Parkway are all within a 15 - 40 minute drive. If you are looking for peace and quiet or a place to tour the beautiful Smoky Mountains and surrounding towns, this is a great place for a peaceful getaway or an exciting vacation!

On the advertising it said their was a grill there wasn’t there was a table top one not big enough for four people so bought one and thought we would be nice and leave host complained about it. Then host charged us for supposed smoking insid No One smoked inside at all!!! Both husbands smile she knew this so there is smoke on our clothes again no one smoked in the house didn’t matter she charged us extra for so called smoking we won’t be back . The cabin was nice enough but so dark no garbage cans or tv except in living room no clocks either most cabins we have rented have all of those ! We have rented cabins from vrbo plenty of times never had a problem

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was exactly like photos. the driveway was very large had plenty of room for truck and motorcycle trailer. Host was very nice and helpful with everything.

To begin with, Kathy made the process seamless, in addition, she took it upon herself to call and offer early access to the property, on day of rental.
The property itself was as advertised, clean and cozy, with incredible views, and easy access to all things Maggie and Waynesville, etc.

Great location and close to town. Very clean fully stocked cabin with lots of extras. Very comfortable king sized beds and pillows. Full sized washer and dryer! Porch swing was a plus! What a gorgeous view of the mountain from the back deck. Elk come out to feed in the mornings and at dusk right out the back deck. Just amazing. Kathy, the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely book again.

We have been to this area many times, but even the best hotel couldn't hold a candle to this! Being off the beaten path, it was quiet and serene. The cabin was so clean and has personal touches that make you feel right at home. We did not have to leave to go see nature...it was all around us! We really appreciated the garage. Having our bikes covered and safe is always something we worry about, but not here. We truly loved our stay and look forward to returning!

We had a great weekend skiing and using this cabin as our base. The location was excellent and made our getting to Cataloochee and restaurants easy. The communication with Kathy made the experience a breeze.
We would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

We really enjoyed staying in your home. It was the perfect set up for us. More then enough room for the 2 of us. Having a driveway big enough to park our trailer and having the garage to park our motorcycles in was the icing on the cake. Hostess wa very kind, communicated with us perfectly and left us with no surprises. Highly recommend this location. We will be back to stay again. Thank you again for letting us stay at your home.

We loved seeing the elk at night and in the morning. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family!!

Family motorcycle vacation
The cabin was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed to be able to cook anything we wanted. It was centrally located and easy to get to activities in Gatlinburg, Asheville, Cherokee, North Ga, or just staying right around town. We spent a few days doing activities such as white water rafting and Dollywood and a few days riding the beautiful mountain roads. It was always a pleasure to come back to the cabin and park in the garage then relax on the porch and wait for the elk to take a stroll through the yard. Kathy was very informative before arrival and at time of check out. We will definitely be back.

This one was exceptional: great pans, a variety of utensils, pantry items, even containers for leftovers. The whole house was very clean and laid out well. We loved having a washer & dryer since we were travelling with an infant. We are all readers so we appreciated having plenty of lamps. The view from the porch was inspiring. We arrived a few hours before a severe ice storm was due to hit Maggie Valley. The property owner did an amazing job of checking on us to make sure we were in good shape in case the power went out. (It did but only for two hours and then everything returned to normal) We did not use the wood stove but we were grateful that we had access to it if we wanted - or needed - to use it. We love hiking and were able to access a number of hiking paths within a short distance from Maggie Valley. When we had to stay indoors we read quite a bit but we also made use of the smart TV with a number of streaming channels. The internet was great - no issues with bandwidth. The house itself & the property owner were EXCEPTIONAL!

We went to Maggie Valley for skiing Feb 11-15 2021. We have been going frequently last 2 years with our kids enjoying snowboarding and skiing. This was the best cabin we have stayed at. Very clean, well designed layout. The Loft was super, Plenty of room with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen pots pans for large Family and an a island. Large driveway made it easy parking for our truck and a very nice garage. Our favorite think about the cabin was the back porch. Very large back porch with a swinging bench, rocking chairs and enough room for everyone . We looked at the mountains while enjoying the porch. Kathy was outstanding with any questions we had and very quick to respond. This cabin is in a great location.
