clean and friendly, but wouldn’t stay again

it was very clean. The location was nice, and the staff was very friendly.

The heat in the rooms makes it almost unbearable at night. Time to sleep. There’s no fan in the room and the heat is old-school out of the wall and it’s either on or off and for that reason alone we would not stay there again I didn’t have a good nights sleep, it was unbearable at night time we even tried bringing our own blanket so that we could not use the heat as much at night and that wasn’t a good substitution either

Our room was small but clean and the area was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is an older motel but the rooms are neat and clean. Great place to stay at a great value. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Easy in, easy out...comfortable...convenient location - give 'em a try.

Basic accommodations...no frills, what I expected from descriptions/reviews I had read. No problem with this. Staff pleasant and helpful; coffee provided in the morning. Easy check-out...just leave when you get ready. I never rate anything as "awesome" (just me), but this property is highly rated.

NOwhere in the booking or at the desk on check-in was I informed of a "convenience fee" when paying with a card. I could easily have paid with cash had I know of this extra charge - Booking.com should have had this information when beginning the booking process. Not a gamed-changer, but it would have been nice to know up front.

The room was nice and the owners were very friendly.

Some of the guests decided to have a drinking party outside their room and woke me up at 2:30 am. Owners took care of problem which I was thankful for.

Laid back and fun. My grankids had a blast in the pool!

Friendly, helpful staff and a nicely appointed room; clean and comfortable. I will be calling on them again!

Tammy was beyond wonderful! We weren’t going to make it in time for check in and she unlocked the door and left the light on for us. We took care of the paperwork the next morning. The rooms were very clean and everything was stocked everyday. The water pressure was excellent! Will definitely be back to stay more!!

Overall a good value and family friendly.

The location is good. It has some playground equipment for the kids. The pool was very clean.

Where the a/c is located the room temperature is not consistent.

The staff rocked. Everyone was so friendly there. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. We WILL come back in the future.

Great little motel! Stayed during Minitruckin’ Nationals and only 1 1/2 miles from the field

I liked how small and quaint it was and for the price and location it is top notch! Best little motel in Maggie Valley!!
