We liked the location near Cades Cove and the recommendations for dinner. The breakfast had boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, cream cheese, and peanut butter as well as coffee. The paper plates were too small to "pile" on more than one item.
The room was very satisfactory except for the "motel" smell. A dehumidifier was running.

It was just ok. It was a last minute booking for me and my well travelled pup.
The young woman who checked me in was probably the least welcoming ever in my long experience of road trip hotels. A robot would probably be more welcoming.
The room was ok. There were cigarette burns on the comforter and the toilet seat cover fell to the floor the first time that I used the toilet. Hinge was broken. I told the robot at front desk about it m. The robot said someone would come next morning to fix it. Not done.
I left 1 day early.

The location was wonderful and the restaurant food was great as well. The business center was just what I needed.
Only 1 washer and drier.

Location on main road of downtown. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Needs major updating. Single elevator was suspect with floor indicator not working.
