Located in Iowa, this lovely cabin for $399 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Newer Spacious 3 story log home with large open lot and plenty of off street parking. Perfect for family vacations and gatherings and just located across the road from East Lake Okoboji. The walk out lower level has a family room with a large screen tv, a large reclining sectional, a separate room with a pool table and Foosball table and separate laundry room. The main level up the stairs has a living room with a reclining sectional & tv. The dining area has a table that seats 7 and there is additional seating in the kitchen.. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and comes fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, George Foreman grill, crock pot, and bake ware. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with brand new Restonic firm Queen Mattresses and Box springs: The master has a king bed and tv with full master bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 & 3 are large and set up the same with 2 queen beds with dressers in each. Main level bathroom has a tub shower and a double sink. The 24'x24' loft area could be used as a forth bedroom and has a futon, a king size bed, a queen bed, and has a tv that only runs a dvd/vcr combo with a small selection of videos available. There are no bunk beds in this cabin. All rooms except kitchen and bathrooms have ceiling fans. Off the main level there are 2 decks. The deck off the kitchen is 14'x18' and the deck off the living room is 12'x18'. There is patio seating for 14 and 4 tables, plenty of room to enjoy outdoor eating. There is a charcoal grill available for use. Bonfire area available to enjoy evenings around the fire. Located 1/2 mile from the public boat ramp (as seen in the pictures) and bike trails and 3/4 mile to the splash pad (as seen in the pictures). Arnolds park is a short 4 mile drive. Located just outside of the city limits to enjoy the peacefulness of the country, but yet close enough to enjoy all the area attractions. Includes high speed wireless internet and cable tv. This is the place where family memories are made. Must be 25 years old to rent and can not be used for parties.

It’s a beautiful log house with lots of sleeping space. The pool table was much loved by some of our party. Close to everything you could ever need in Okoboji. The hosts were very accommodating. It’s a great place for a winter vacation, and I can imagine it’s only better in the summer

This property location and setting are set out of the way but 5 minutes from town. Greeted by White Tail Deer in the morning, enough space for our entire group from age 2 to 60, and the extra touch of hospitality to make us feel at home. Hosts provide succinct communication and swift responses.

We were only there for a short stay, but it was very nice. Cabin was clean and area was very quiet. We visited the Iowa Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum in Arnolds Park. If we are ever up this way again, we wouldn't hesitate about renting again. Thanks so much!

A great weekend with friends in this nice property. Easy access to town, but far enough away that you're not surrounded by city. Plenty of open space between the two living rooms, and multiple outdoor areas.

There were 10 adults staying at this house. There were plenty of beds and space. We all had a great time. We loved the game room. The boat landing was very close and easy to get to. Great time we all had. We would defiantly stay here again!!!

We had a family of 11 stay for four days. Loved Lake Okoboji and all they have to offer. Our house had plenty of room for all of us and we liked the big front yard for our ballgames and annual water balloon contest.

The property is not located along the shore of the lake. It is across a roadway and hidden in a wooded surrounding for exceptional privacy. The owners have designed the interior with quality furnishings for large gatherings. The owners provide amenities adequately for an enjoyable stay. The home's interior is well maintained and exterior is designed for large gatherings with 2 large decks. The loft bedroom was a 'hit' for the children with 3 large beds for their own "hideaway". HUGE yard for outdoor activities. The owners make certain your stay will be exceptional and are available if needed. Definitely recommend. Not far from beaches or Arnolds Park Amusement Park. It was the perfect setting for our family birthday gathering, as we left with great times and great memories.

Loved it!!!! The property and house fit our needs perfectly, with 3 separate floors for the different age spans of our extended family! Kitchen was well equipped. Entire house was very clean. Our family will definitely come back to this great property and recommend to family and friends! Suggestions: Update side wooden stairway and upgrade Master vanity (larger one with more countertop).

The cabin worked great for our family. We had six little grandkids with us, so the big yard was a plus. We were a little leery of the deck off the front of the house however, so we blocked that off from the kids to play on it. There were a couple loose boards and we were worried about the staircase going down to the ground. There was plenty of room for all of us and it worked great. Cabin was clean and it was close to everything. We took the kids to the splash pad/park and that was fun. A good time was had my all!

This property was fantastic for my annual spring fishing trip with a group of friends. Larger driveway was perfect to fit 4 trucks and boats. Cabin was setup very nice and well equipped. It might just have to be a cabin every year for our trip now.

For the past 10+ years, we, with our children and grandchildren, have spent our Easter holiday together in the Black Hills, but this year we decided to stay closer to home as we had a pregnant one in the group who preferred not to have to travel so far. We chose the Okoboji area as we had grown up in NW Iowa. We were hoping the grandchildren would not be too disappointed that we were not going to the Hills. The style of home reminded them of the log cabins we have stayed at in the Hills over the years, and everyone had a wonderful time together. We would highly recommend this area and especially this home to other travelers!

We have an annual off site retreat for our staff. I wanted to find a space that would help create unity and this place delivered. We were a group of 10. We were ALL able to sit around the table to eat & play games! The living room/basement living space was perfect to accommodate us in our “meeting” time! And finally sleeping was amazing!! Beautiful space in an amazing place. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you could possibly want. I highly highly recommend this place!!

From the very beginning of our search for a VRBO cabin, Tina and Rick responded promptly to answer any questions and were extremely accommodating! The cabin was perfect! It fit our large family’s needs and included more than we ever imagined! The pool table and foosball table was a huge hit for our family. There were games available with several spacious rooms where we could all gather! Kitchen had every appliance and utensil we could possibly need. An overall great weekend!! We loved the size of the home, especially the capacious bedrooms that never felt cramped. The two decks are perfect for family dining, long conversations, and taking in the beautiful plantings and Iowa cornfield. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals.. And all of the furnishings are tasteful. This is an excellent deal!

Incredibly spacious and well-appointed home bordered on one side by an infinite cornfield. You couldn’t find a better place to hang out with friends or family. (The deck off the kitchen especially good for that.) Games room with pool table a delightful bonus. While away from Okoboji/Arnold Park crowds (and wonderfully quiet because of that), it’s a short drive to everything. Tina and Rick are gracious and responsive hosts.
