Beautifully decorated 4-bedroom home in the lovely Rehoboth Crossing community east of Route 1. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom, with an additional half bath on the main living floor. This home has a beautiful and unique layout, which is much larger than some other 4-bedroom homes in this community. The home has been recently updated with fresh paint and carpet. You can walk or bike to the beach via the dedicated community gate to the bike path. Enjoy comfortable outdoor space on three different levels of this home, including a screened porch off the main living area, a sun porch off of the 3rd floor en suite bedroom, and a ground floor patio. Spend your day at the beach, come home and wash off in the outdoor shower, then it is time to relax with your favorite beverage on the screened-in porch. Eating in tonight? Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare an excellent meal — you just bring the ingredients! With space for 14 people, this home is perfect for a multi-family getaway. The house is spacy and so conveniently located (with a few steps to restaurants and shopping area, and the bike trail). Communication and guidance from the owner was very smooth. Highly recommended

Had a family vacation, there was 14 of us. This home provided more then enough room and great convenience to the area. Very short travel distance to the beach a beautiful, a biking/walking trail, close to the pool. All around great experience!

We enjoyed our week in Rehoboth! The property was as described. Great location to beach access road, trail and outlets! The host was very responsive when we had concerns about some of the appliances not working and worked with us to make our stay enjoyable!

The townhouse was large and it was nice to have 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was large and the walking trail was a nice bonus. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened in porch. The property could use some updating as the living room furniture has been well loved. The walls have lots of scratches and dents. The dishwasher is not usable as it had standing water in it that smelled awful. However, overall we had a great stay. The owner was very responsive to all our communication. The location is perfect and close to lots of amenities. Enjoy.

Enjoyable Stay!
The townhouse was large and it was nice to have 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was large and the walking trail was a nice bonus. Family get together
It's always fun getting our family together which usually happens only once a year. This condo fit us perfectly. We loved the unit, just the right size. The kids especially loved having the pool right there. We didn't use the shuttle to get to the beach. just drove to the State Beach. Water was very cold but it was hot enough that you needed to get in. We had some of our bikes with us and so did a few bike rides but it was so hot.
The air conditioning was a little too cold on the main part of the house and the queen bedroom but the upper floor was a little too hot. But we worked with it. There was plenty of games to play and we did a couple puzzles or almost anyway.
There could have been a couple more bowls and small plates but again., no big problem. We ate the majority of our meals in and so the kitchen works out beautifully. Plenty of room to move around in. I didn't even get to the CVS but the kids were there a couple times a day to get snacks so they loved that.
It was a wonderful vacation and I would go again.

Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants
The three bedrooms and the loft furnished as a sleeping area all have their own bathroom. The house has plenty of space to relax indoors and out. If you want to cook the kitchen is equipped with the basics and there's a nice gas grill.
Although not downtown the property is very close to anything you will need. The bike path from Rehobeth to Lewes is accessed right from the neighborhood.
The owner was very responsive before and during our stay.
Our family had a great time and we are considering the same property again for summer 2018.

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental! Place was spacious and clean!!!
We rented for a week with 2 other families and it was perfect. The four bedrooms each with their own bathroom sold us! The rental was clean and the owners were very accommodating answering any and all questions we had about the unit and surrounding area. It is located minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, and all kinds of outdoor activities! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

Loved that the home had so many bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space!
Nice kitchen that opens up to living room so entire family can hang out in one spot.
There is a cozy patio which we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine at night.
Great Community pool which we used many days and nice walking trail.

Would do it again in a hearbeat!
What a great week! The house is beautiful providing both space for family time and allowing privacy for our grown children. The location is perfect. In the morning we were able to walk the trail or walk into town to browse the shops. We did drive to the beach but it is walkable.
Everything you might need to cook is there for you-just supply the ingredients!
Rob recommended 2 restaurants, which we weren't able to get in to BUT we found a new place that opened this year- 208-and it was fabulous!!!
This gets 5 stars! The six of us loved our time there. If I knew where they all would be next year, I'd book now to make sure we were able to rent. Great time was had by all. Highly recommend it.

Our family of 4 (2 children, ages 8 and 9) stayed here along with my parents and aunt and uncle (all 70+ years old). We were in town to celebrate my parent's 50th anniversary, along with many others extended family members. In the words of my parents, "It was the best week of our life." From first to last contact with the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We could not have had a better experience in dealing with the particulars of renting a vacation home directly from the owner. We are an experienced well-traveled family and we can safely say, this experience for us ranked in our top 3 experiences ever. This home is in a new community that has some wonderful amenities, like the community pool, clubhouse and direct access/entrance into the awesome Breakwater Trail. Some very nice details about the home is the screened in porch and full baths in each bedroom. The house lends to a lot of privacy for those staying there, as well as a very nice open living room and kitchen to socialize with one another. We weren't expecting some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, recreation gear) that was provided for our enjoyment, as well. We had too many great memories and experiences to list here. We brought our bikes and rode them everywhere, including to the beach, boardwalk, outlets and neighboring communities. Great location on the east side of Rt. 1. Needless to say, we will recommend to our family and friends and certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful property for a fun week in Rehoboth Beach
We really enjoyed our stay at the property in Rehoboth. The condo was exactly as described on the website. The location was great - 5 minutes by car to the beach and right next to the outlets.
The kitchen had all the dishes, pots and pans and utensils needed. All the bedrooms had large TV sets. There were three generations under one roof and there was plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool after a morning on the beach. The pool house actually has an exercise room for your convenience.
Probably the best thing about the rental was how accommodating and available the owners were. They answered all our questions thoroughly (no matter how many emails I sent)
I wanted to book a week for next summer before the end of our week this year!
I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay for a week at the beach.

Wonderful property just minutes from the beach!
We had a great time at this place! It's was a combo family and friend vacation with children. Plenty of space and privacy. Every bedroom has it's own private bath. Multiple decks. Close to the pool which was never packed. They also supplied some beach and pool equipment as well as baby gates and a pack and play!
