Nestled in Bozeman, this attractive house for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Townhouse close to downtown Bozeman. 1 car garage. This townhouse is perfect for families wanting to stay in central Bozeman. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Neighborhood park for the kids to play at is only a block away. Pack'n play crib and high chair provided. CENTRAL AC DOWNSTAIRS 1 car garage with door that opens into the townhouse. KITCHEN Open plan kitchen, dining room, livingroom area. Great for entertaining. Kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans and cooking utensils needed. Blender, hand mixer, coffee pot and press, crockpot, fondue and more! I have provided you with all the kitchen basics garbage bags, ziplocks, foil, saran, coffee, sugar, olive oil to get your vacation started! BATHROOM There is a half bathroom on the main floor with toilet and sink. DINING ROOM Just off the kitchen is a large family style dinning table that seats 8. I have everything you need for a fun dinner party! LIVINGROOM Just off the dinning room is a lovely open living room with 2 comfy couches and comfy armchair. Smart TV has access to cable channels and a DVD player. Also a speaker with Bluetooth access to play your tunes. Free Wifi. The living room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. Goose Down comforter and pillows stored in Master Bedroom walk in closet. Sheets and pillow cases in Laundry room. WORK SPACE There is a desk with printer available for all your work needs. You will also find extra printer paper, stapler, scotch tape and pads of paper. COVERED PORCH There is a small covered porch just off the living room with seating for evening drinks. Webber grill on patio. Extra propane tank in garage. Grilling tools in pantry. UPSTAIRS LAUNDRY ROOM The Laundry Room is conveniently located at the top of the stairs with washer and dryer with detergent and bounce sheets provided. MASTER BEDROOM Private Large Master Bedroom with queen bed and en suite full bathroom. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and hairdryer provided. Large walk in closet with lots of shelving space and hangers provided. There is a smart TV. Bedside tables have sound machine and charging ports. Private Queen Guest Room with views of the Bridgers. Closet with hangers and bedside tables have sound machine and charging ports. Private Twin Bedroom with 2 twin beds. This room is also perfect for kids as I have a cupboard full of toys! Huge box of lego and a Calico Critter set that my daughter enjoyed for years. Smart TV and a DVD player. Bedside table has sound machine and charging ports. Guest bathroom with hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Extra towels in laundry room. My home should have EVERYTHING you need. Please contact me if something is missing I am happy to drop it off for you. I am happy to accept long term rentals with a 20% discount for weekly and monthly rentals. I offer 24 hour check-in. This means that you can check in AFTER 4pm and late into the night. I provide a key in a lockbox so you can let yourself into the house and I don't have to be there. Guest access A mile from downtown Bozeman. Great residential neighbourhood. Kids playground a block away. Restaurants and grocery stores within a mile. Interaction with guests I live in Bozeman so I will be available to meet you on your arrival and available by text or phone call for questions. Getting around Bozeman has a bus service called Skyline. Uber cabs are also available $100 flat fee for each pet. VRBO collects the pet fee. NO CATS NO CATS 20% discount on 1 week bookings 20% discount on 1 month bookings

I’m not one to typically leave reviews but this place was perfect! The check in process was super easy, and it was so clean inside! Each bedroom had sound machines, outlets, and fans! The kitchen was stocked with all supplies and the beds were also super comfortable. I would totally recommend staying and I look forward to coming back with my family!

All you need to bring is your clothes and food. This rental is stocked with anything else you could possibly need. There is a lot of space in the rental. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in showers was good. Property manager was very accommodating and responsive.

There were 3 adults in our party. Julia's home was perfect for us. Super clean. Close to Downtown. Julia checked with us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again when in Bozeman.

The property is not close is close to downtown but in what seems to be a newer build area in Bozeman. It was our first time in Bozeman, and we were quite impressed with the location. We were able to do a morning run in downtown but if you are walking with kids might be a little far. Do not let that stop you from booking this adorable townhouse. The owner is so sweet and accommodates your every need. The house is FULLY stocked with everything you could want/need. The check-out process is quite easy as well. The house has so many amenities that make stays with small kids easy. There are toys, cribs. highchairs, TV, DVD's, books, multiple chargers. We had a family trip to Yellowstone and after a few days staying in different locations it was nice to spend a night in Bozeman and not have much to worry about. The beds are amazingly comfortable and there are more than enough supplies in the showers (helpful because we ran out of shampoo). I cannot say enough about this property. If you are looking in Bozeman and need to stay a few nights-this is your place!

She went and bought the only item I could think of to suggest-a laundry basket-the same day I checked out. I could literally only think of one item…this place is stocked with everything you could ever need. Including essential oils for your sore body after a long hike or bike (garage is full of all sizes). Couldn’t ask for anything better. It’s in a residential neighborhood but the streets were quiet and the neighbors were courteous😊

Good location, nice amenities for a mixed group. The pack n play and highchair were great to have for the toddler, and the location is close to all the activities Bozeman had to offer.

My immediate family and I surprised my twin sister for our 30th Bday. She lives in Bozeman, so we found Julia's place online and booked it from Tuesday-Sunday. We were very active during our stay so we weren't in the rental long, but we certainly enjoyed it when we were.
The place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay (and then some). It was very close to downtown and you had plenty of room to park. The only thing we did not have for our stay was A/C, but she provided fans and mentioned they are getting central air installed soon.
Julia was a fantastic host! She came to introduce herself and said if we needed anything to let her know. Other than the quick introduction, she let us have our privacy, but checked in often to see if we needed anything else.
Overall, they stay was great and I would highly recommend your stay with Julia!

Perfect location to main st Bozeman. Townhome is so close to several great dog parks. Neighborhood was very safe and very pleasant. We enjoyed walking our dogs. The garage and bikes and entire set up is well thought out. House is really spacious. The photos don’t do it justice!

We loved our stay here! The location is great; very close to MSU and we enjoyed being adjacent to the park. This is an incredibly well-stocked townhome with so many perks, including a great collection of bikes of all sizes!
Julia was a great host and was very accomodating and helpful. We will be back to visit our son and plan on staying here again.

A tidy clean property as described. Very well appointed with all the necessities for the traveler to care for the property and kitchen. Ample bicycles available for a town tour. No AC as described but with the windows open very comfortable. As the property is in North Bozeman there are nightly trains in the distance you can hear w the windows open. Would stay again.
