Nestled in Snyderville, this attractive condo for $200 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 3 br, 3 bath Racquet Club condo with lovely golf course views. HOT TUB IS CURRENTLY BROKEN/NON-FUNCTIONING for the 2023-24 season. Sleeps 8. ALL NEW BATHROOMS, updated this summer to clean, modern, updated bathrooms. Fully remodeled kitchen that opens into the living room with a gas fireplace. Second floor has master bedroom (queen bed) and master bath, second bedroom and bath (with a deck). Third floor is an open loft with four twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king and two twins or four separate beds. Fully appointed with everything you need for the perfect ski or summer vacation! Local owners who are responsive to everything you need.

The property was clean. The beds are comfortable. The interior is a bit dated. The ice from freezer ice maker stunk and tasted gross.The hot tub was not working. If you are considering to rent the unit because of the hot tub, you should consider another unit. I specifically inquired about a working hot tub prior to my rental for my recent stay with my family and our 3 teenagers. My primary reason for renting this unit was for the private hot tub. I was assured by owner that it would be functional. However, it was not heating and kept tripping the circuit breaker. Yes, the owner said that she had a repair tech check it. However the problem continued; perhaps from a lack of water in the tub. I asked the owner how to fill the tub several times and I never received a reply. I was nastily rebuffed by the owner when I asked for a partial refund. I have never had such a negative rental experience with any other VRBO property owner. I have photos of the hot tub and copies of my communications to validate this review. Your experience may be different, but why take the chance.

Very nice condo, slept our whole family for a ski vacation, location was great, close to ski resorts and a lot of restaurants. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Host was very responsive and got back to us with any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again !

We reserved this weekend for a family staycation. I agree with some of the other reviews that for the price there could be some updates to make this listing better.
The main floor is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was very nice and the most updated part of the house. Great appliances and supplies to cook with.
When we got there the water for the main floor toilet had been turned off, so we turned that on. We also had to reattach the chain multiple times to get the toilet to flush.
The second floor had two bathrooms and two bedrooms. I did not use the second bathroom. The main bathroom seemed like it could use a deep cleaning. Grout and the little sticky grip things on the bottom of the tub need attention. The beds were comfortable, very springy. Plenty of towels and bedding for all of us.
We did not go up to the third floor, it was just twin beds.
The hot tub was nice. Pretty outdoor view. The plastic filter cover was broken and the hot tub cover did not have the usual bar guide to help you open and close the tub. My husband had to assist every time we closed the tub. The neck pads on the hot tub were very old and need to be replaced.
Great location and polite neighbors. The hostess was very polite and provided great information and directions. We would stay again in the future after some updates due to the price.

Disappointed...
We just stayed at this townhouse for a quick ski vacation based largely on the pictures provided and the very high reviews. The location is pretty good (~10 min drive to park city downtown or mountain base) and the kitchen is updated fairly well too. That said, compared to the overall review score, we were still disappointed at how dated the upstairs was including bathrooms that were were probably original and not well maintained. (broken toilet seat, mold in shower, etc) In now looking at more recent reviews, these points of feedback have been provided already but clearly are ignored. I would not stay here again.

Great stay but expected more for price
Overall it was a great stay there’s plenty of room for me and my friends. I would recommend making some updates to some items in the house just to be up to par with all the rest of the Rentals. Example: sheets, pillows, fix broken toilet seat so it doesn’t pinch every you sit down. Half of the plugs in the house don’t work. Overall cute little town home. I would also get some coffee!

Sweet and Simple
Our group’s favorite part of this rental was the large hot tub on the back porch. So convenient. We also enjoyed playing Pickleball at the Municipal Recreation Center right next door.

Cozy, Great Location
I stayed here with 4 other friends, with some of us spending the whole trip skiing, and some sight seeing. This condo was in the perfect spot to accommodate everyone's interests, with only a short drive to the slopes and downtown.
The amenities inside were clean and cozy, and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was a huge bonus, too! Definitely recommend this condo for others.

The owners responded immediately with a few questions we had and were nice to deal with throughout the booking process and our stay. We mostly drove to the mountain but the Park City Transit bus stop is only a short walk away and takes you to the Park City Mountain in just a few minutes. It’s a little more complicated to get to Canyons, requiring one transfer (as far as I understood the routes). We would be happy to stay here again when we’re back in Park City.

Very nice accommodations
This condo is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. A short five minute drive to the grocery, restaurants and Main Street, about 10 minutes to ski at Deer Valley. Equipped with all that you need to cook at home, a hot tub right out back, and a garage for your rental car and ski bags. Helpful owners who respond quickly to questions.

Great condo, close drive to the lifts
Housed the 6 of us perfectly, the hot tub was a huge joy after a long day of riding and kept hot for us. Grounds are well maintained, gas fireplace kept the living room warm. Great views all around where you looked. I'd stay here again for sure

Quiet place with access to everything
The condo is in a quiet neighborhood. The ski bus route is near the property, and the property is a short drive to all Park City has to offer. The owner is helpful and the check in and check out process is simple. We would definitely stay here again!

A happy stay
We enjoyed the great location. Our granddaughter spent hours creating with the Magnatiles when she wasn’t in the hot tub. We all found the place comfortable, a good choice.

Annual Ski Trip
The condo was comfortable and enough space for 6 adults. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was a nice treat after a long day. Having a w/d in the unit was really nice. The walk to and from the bus stop was a little bit of a challenge but worked out ok.

Nice layout, comfortable, homey and convenient. Very easy to get to town by cab and very short drive to skiing. Nice neighborhood and surroundings. Would definitely stay again. Katherine was pleasant and responsive. We had a fantastic week.

Comfortable and functional
The Racquet Club is a great location, centrally located close to all resorts, markets and Main Street. I’ve been coming here for years and now my friends are hooked too.

The condo is very well stocked with amenities to make you feel as if you are at home. The view is great, and the location can't be beat. Katherine provided excellent information for our stay to go smoothly! I highly recommend this rental!

We enjoyed our stay at Katherine's condo. She was very responsive to all our questions. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of space for two families, convenient to all ski resorts, and the hot tub was a huge bonus. We would love to stay here again next year.

This was a family friendly and well equipped place close to both Canyons and Park City. Katie the host was very responsive and helpful. Nice that there were some staples left in cupboard and refrigerator. The main floor appears to be updated: nice kitchen and Living Room. The bedrooms are slightly dated, but plenty of places for clothing, hooks, etc. This place was very good value and I would recommend to others and return myself.

Great Location
Went with 6 friends on a ski trip to Park City. The condo was perfect for all of us. Close to the Mountain and close to historic downtown. Would definitely recommend staying at this location if you’re headed to Park City.
