We really enjoyed our short stay at this condo it was very clean , easy accessible to the beach and other amenities and the communication with the owner was easy when need be ….remember to print your stuff out before you come and the lock on the door we kept forgetting to actually lock but other then that it was great we would stay here again 10/10

I love everything about this condo. Drake (My Buddy) I greatly appreciate everything thank you so much for housing me and my family for the couple of days we stay down there. We didn't have a problem. The kids love it and the area was so nice. Every time I come down I would tell myself I am going to stay in the Makai Condo. I got that off my bucket list. I will be staying again soon. Thank you! Venus

Property is exactly as in pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Drake was easy. Check in process was easy. It is right next to the convention center- we were there for a cheer competition. It has a nice ocean view. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Great location. Quiet. Beds were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We stayed in unit 411 at the Malikai. The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. The property security made us feel extremely safe, you needed multiple codes to get in the unit. We were in communication with the owner, Drake, and he was very helpful. He let us know what we would need and walked us through the check in process. He also made himself available if we would have any questions or issues. The vacation went as smooth as could be, we have a terrific time. I would strongly recommend renting this unit. The owner takes great pride in his condo and it shows, as soon as you walk through the door you can see the decor and how well maintained the unit is kept. Looking forward to returning sometime in the future. Tony C

Everything was fine, except I think the dishwasher might need to be repaired or replaced. The dishes didn't seem to get clean & the silverware tray wasn't in the dishwasher.
