Boat slip available for rent on request. This beautiful newly remodeled home is located in Islamorada on Lower Matecumbe Key and brings you back to old Florida. Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath that sleeps 6 people comfortably with a large living area and beautiful balcony with breath-taking views of the ocean and bay. Our home has been completely updated with new flooring, remodeled bathrooms, kitchen, plantation shutters, furniture, lighting, linens, and beautiful coastal decor and artwork. All bedrooms have king beds, and the unit also includes fast Wifi, new HD Smart TV’s, Apple TV, and Sonos speakers. Explore Islamorada with our 2 adult beach cruiser bikes and 2-person tandem kayak included for your enjoyment or just relax on the balcony watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean while sipping a morning coffee, or enjoying a cocktail in the evening. This is the perfect place to spend your next vacation with family and friends while enjoying all of the amenities we have to offer. Tennis rackets and pickle ball paddles included. The screened balcony has plenty of seating and breath-taking views of both the ocean and inside bay on the quiets side of the marina. The balcony includes comfortable cushioned seating for relaxing and a dining table to enjoy a meal. The master bedroom has all new furniture (not pictured), king bed with a water view, plantation shutters, and access to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms also both have king beds, and plantation shutters. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with brand new HD Smart TVs with access to Cable, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and more. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso expresso maker and is loaded with all of the cookware and utensils you need to feel right at home. The 3BR unit has an open floor plan (much larger than the 2BR), new flooring, and the dining room has comfortable seating all guests. The wet bar is loaded and even includes a margarita making ice blender. The condo has a full washer and dryer and all linens are new. There is also an additional freezer for bait and ice located in the kitchen. Bay Harbour is a small, quiet, private gated community with many amenities including large heated/cooled pool, jetted hot tub/spa, tennis courts, pickle ball, clubhouse with large fitness center and gas grills located at the pool and clubhouse. Islamorada is conveniently located 90 minutes from Miami and Key West. During your visit you can feed the tarpon at Robbie's, enjoy a spectacular sunset at Morada Bay or swim with the dolphins at Theater of the Sea, and so much more! Islamorada is the "Sport Fishing Capital of the World” with tarpon, bonefish, permit, mahi-mahi, sailfish and swordfish in the waters surrounding Islamorada. There are many fishing charters are available nearby. Please inquire if you need a boat slip. Unfortunately, No trailers allowed to be kept on the premises. We have been visiting Islamorada for 25 years and we have compiled a list our favorite restaurants, reefs, and activities on the island. Don’t know how to describe this amazing space. Very spacious for 6 people. Large kitchen and living room for all of us! The screened patio is very big and has the most beautiful views of the sunrise in the morning! Beautiful grounds and the pool was gorgeous. The house was Well supplied in every way! We can’t wait I come back to this condo - my husband said it made him feel like he was home in the keys again!

I would rent this condo again any time. Every detail was seen to in order to provide comfort. We enjoyed sitting in the screened porch every chance we could. Our grandkids fished off the dock and a manatee swam up to greet us! Thank you so much for a joyous vacation.

This property exceeded our expectations! We loved the location. We brought our boat and jetskis and it was great to be able to access them right from the property. The condo was tastefully decorated and well stocked. Bikes and kayaks and fishing poles… Communication was great with the owner and she was always quick to answer any question we had. The grounds of the condo complex were so well maintained.. We saw manatee off the docks and enjoyed beautiful views of the canal and the ocean beyond. We will definitely return to this slice of paradise!

We spent two weeks at Kim’s condo. It’s a beautiful place with everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, bikes,kayaks, tennis racquets. We brought our boat and enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the gulf. The views were amazing and the location is ideal. The complex is small, well maintained, gated and never felt crowded. The property manager was extremely friendly and the other guests were too. I highly recommend!

Perfect location for a Spring Break in the Keys
We had a great time staying a this property in the keys for spring break with our 4, 7 and 8 year old. The place itself was in great perfect shape and perfectly clean. Seemed almost new. Each bed room was good sized and a nice master. The screened in porch was a perfect place for a morning coffee or dinner with a water view, but still in perfect solitude. My oldest daughter and I took the Kayak out to the ocean one day which was a fun adventure. We also used the tennis courts and pool frequently and normally had both to ourselves. The general crowd at Bay Harbor was much older and not a lot of kids which was surprising for Spring Break, but good for us. I am a runner and there were trails along the road and across nice bridges for as long as I could go and much further for scenic runs - even though sometimes windy. We drove one day to Key West and were glad that we stayed in Islamorada as the wildness in Key West is not our style. Only downside in Islamorada is that we were disappointed with the beach, but the 30 minute drive to Sombrero Beach in Marathon was scenic and perfectly fine for us a few days.

Heaven on Earth
Little slice of paradise right here! It was heaven on earth enjoying the views of the Gulf and Atlantic from the screened in porch. My family and I easily enjoyed our privacy in this VRBO and it’s amenities with the convenience of great restaurants and a Publix grocery store just a short drive away. The on-site boat slip rental was extremely convenient for easy boating/fishing. The condo itself is well stocked, spacious, with a very luxurious feel. I will definitely be booking this VRBO for future Keys vacations.

The condo was very clean and everything in it was beautiful and high quality. The pics are very accurate. Great views! I highly recommend this property. Great restaurants to drive to in Islamorada. We fished shopped swam and ate and casual as well as upscale restaurants. Great host as well! Very responsive to my questions before and during our stay.

Fabulous condo!
This condo was everything advertised and more! Very clean and well kept and stocked with the necessities. We just needed our groceries. Kim was responsive and helpful. We loved the location and was close to everything we wanted to do. We have stayed in many Keys rentals and this was by far the best. The pool area was clean and we were there everyday. There was plenty of chairs and the water was refreshing! We also enjoyed the condo lanai every morning for our coffee and just to sit and enjoy the view. Kim left a list of restaurant recommendations and we tried a couple new places that did not disappoint! (Turtle Inn and the Backyard BBQ)
We walked every morning up to the causeway and would stop at the corner Mobil gas station for authentic Cuban food. It was a very good surprise and I recommend the Empanadas( loved the chicken!) however, if you go at lunch time expect a line!
We highly recommend this condo and plan to return! Thanks Kim for a fabulous (and much needed) vacation!!

Perfect family boating vacation
Bay Harbour was an ideal spot for a family who loves deep sea fishing and time together. The condo was great, roomy, clean, up to date, and very well equipped. We had dinner in every night since the kitchen had everything we needed plus an outdoor grill. The boat slip was just steps away. Beautiful views, sunrises and sunsets were a bonus. We had a short drive to Publix, restaurants and shops. Thank you for a great week, Kim! Hope to be back soon.

Highly recommend this property. Excellent location great amenities right in the middle of everything. Owner was incredibly easy to work with. This was our first time staying in a marina type property and would definitely rent a boat next time. Try mile marker 88 for great on the beach dining!

Beautiful Condo
We had such a wonderful stay in this condo. The condo was spotless. The owners really provide everything you could possibly need during your stay. Beds were super comfortable. The location is perfect and the view is beautiful. I would definately consider this a luxury condo. The best thing we did during our stay was swimming with the dolphins at Hawks Cay on Duck Key. We highly recommend that!! Thank you Kim for letting us stay at your home. I'm sure we will be back.
