About this condo rental
Situated in Briarcliffe Acres, this charming condo for $120 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. 30 Day Minimum Rental Required per HOA. I do not use a management company. I have managed our condo for 15 years. Please read the reviews. I am prompt with returning emails/texts, and am always available. The condo is kept extremely clean and well maintained. However, starting in 2024 there will be a $200 cleaning fee assessed. This beautifully furnished, three bedroom, two bath condominium sits ON THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY at Barefoot Resort and Golf. The condominium, located in the gated EDGEWATER development, Building 2 and boasts a beautiful pool located on the waterway, (gated also), resident's club, fitness center, and hot tub. All are within 200 feet of your condominium. The condominium has a hotel caliber lobby with mahogany walled elevators and a sitting room off the hallway on each floor. The balcony, located off the living room in the condo, is a glorious place to enjoy your coffee or a cocktail and watch the boats as they sail by. There is a formal dining area that easily seats 6. The ocean is less than 2 miles away. You may drive there and park on the street/sidestreets or in the public lot at the end of 46th Avenue South. You can also get there and back via the SHUTTLE service that picks you up right at the Edgewater entrance. There is a shuttle schedule on the refrigerator. It runs from May to October. Bring your own beach chairs for the beach. All Linens are provided at no extra charge, as well as all bath towels, hand towels, etc. and beach towels. You must take you own garbage out to the dumpster. You will find the condo stocked with garbage bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, napkins, coffee filters, saran wrap, foil, hand soap, etc. This will save you from bringing this from home if you're driving or save you money if you are flying. The kitchen has all dishes, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots, pans, serving bowls, baking sheets, blender, etc. If you need it in a kitchen it is there. There is so much to do and see... Four championship golf courses onsite - Love, Dye, Fazio, and Norman - along with over a hundred other golf courses along the Grand Strand. Shopping abounds with Barefoot Landing less than one mile away, Tanger outlets, etc. Enjoy famous restaurants such as Greg Norman's Australian Grille and live entertainment at the House of Blues and Alabama Theater. Myrtle Waves Water Parks is great fun for the entire family. Don't forget the amusements parks, miniature golf, etc. Never a dull moment. Keywords: Condominium

This is a gated community. The residents are very nice and welcoming. Beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Gorgeous scenery. The condo has everything you need so you do not have to immediately go out and buy it. Walmart is not that far away. It is very spacious. The bedrooms and bed are comfortable. Large television in the living room. There is a one-car garage for your vehicle. The host is so nice and easy to communicate with. She is willing to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. She responds quickly. I must return in the summer. This is just a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

This property was everything promised and more. Spacious, clean, well furnished with anything needed. Close to dining, shopping and golf with a great view of the waterway. The owner was wonderful to deal with.

If you are looking for a relaxing and hassle free vacation this is the place. The pictures alone don’t do this unit justice. Judith was a wonderful host. Everything you could possibly need was stocked at the condo. I was pleasantly surprised by the little things that made our stay comfortable, right down to a cooler, beach chairs, foil and toiletries. The lanai was relaxing to sit and watch the boats go by. The kitchen has all you need ! A definite home away from home. Judith was easy to get in contact with if you had a question. This property is beautiful! The living room has plenty of seating for larger groups , bedrooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, along with many other amenities.
Judy was very responsive and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our vacation. It’s obvious Judy has put a lot of thought and care into providing the best accommodations for guests here. The attention to detail is evident and really helped to make this trip feel just as good as being at home.

We've stayed in several places in Myrtle Beach, and this was by far the nicest. Condo was clean and spacious. I was surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked. Everything from cooler, beach towels to pool floats available for our use. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were above average size. Pool was perfect temp everyday. The owner stayed in contact with me at all times. We very much enjoyed our stay. Would give this place a "10"!

Everything was just perfect. Condo so well equipped. Owner has everything so convenient when you get there. We didnt cook alot but anything we needed was available. Location is nice and quiet. Easy access to beach but a day at the pool very convenient

The Edgewater property was very well kept, and the location was perfect. Everything we could have needed was available, and watching the activity on the intercoastal waterway was awesome. Judy’s communication was the very best and we look forward to going back.

We loved Judy’s condo so much that we want to move to Barefoot Resort. Judy’s condo was the perfect home away from home: amenities, shopping, pools, beaches, restaurants, activities, the list goes on. The condo itself had a perfect view of the intracoastal; it was quiet; luxurious linens; comfortable beds; ample seating for dining, relaxing and playing games; fully stocked with everything except food! If we don’t move to the area before our next vacation, then we will certainly be requesting to stay at Judy’s condo again. Thank you again for a perfect vacation home!

The owner is wonderfully accommodating and always available. From the moment I booked she was there to answer questions and always prompt. The condo was better than advertised. The attention to detail was truly appreciated. We travel often and it’s rare we find a rental with quality items for our use. With this condo EVERYTHING was quality! Even the cookware! There were starter items and not just one trash bag and one dish pod but thoughtfully stocked items that kept us from having to make the dreaded Walmart run immediately after check in. Every aspect of our stay was perfect! Beds were oh so comfy with more than enough covers, sheets and blankets. Towels galore!!! She even has an over abundance of beach and pool towels! Thank you for letting us stay at your property as promised we will be back!

Condo was beautiful, clean and so spacious for 4 people. We had everything we needed during our stay and communication with Judith was so pleasant. View of the intercoastal waterway was really a nice experience as we watched boats go by all week. An easy 5 star rating and we'd definitely go back in the future.

Super clean condo in a nice quiet condo community. Kitchen has lots of dishes and cookware making it easy to dine in. Was very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the boats go by. The owners were easy to contact and very responsive. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, we would highly recommend this condo.

This beautiful, roomy condo had literally everything the four of us needed for a relaxing and enjoyable week. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and the entire condo was extremely clean! The balcony gave us a tranquil and relaxing view of the waterway. Edgewater’s grounds and pool area are outstanding. Judy, the owner, provided lots of info and was easily reachable throughout the week to answer questions we had. We loved staying here and hope to return in the future …. highly recommended!

This is a beautiful, well appointed condo in a quiet area on the inter coastal. But still close to great restaurants and shopping. Love the screened porch, it was so nice to just chill out there. Pool area is lovely, too.
Judi is a great host- very attentive and made the process very easy. Would definitely recommend. Hope to stay again in the future.

This condo was wonderful. 4 of my friends and I got together for a reunion. There was plenty of space for all of us. The 3 bedrooms all had a water view and the living areas were spread out so we were not always on top of one another. My favorite was the screened in porch. Beautiful view. No bugs. Lol. Also the communication between the owner and I was fast and easy. She always replied quickly and there were no issues. We would love to stay again!

We liked that place but wanted to have more room this year (aka 3 bedrooms and possibly a water view). This place DELIVERED! It was very clean, fully stocked and then some, as well as very roomy. The owner was great to work with. She was always quick to respond both by email and phone to my questions. The neighbors were cordial, and nothing beats Edgewater's private access pool (just be sure to have your passes there because they will check to keep outsiders from squatting). Beach access is very easy either via shuttle or only $1/hr to park... Barefoot Landing is also in short proximity and lots of fun. On our last night, we didn't want to cook or go out so we ordered takeout from the Barefoot Market and Grill just up the street and it was great. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. It's very family-friendly, safe, and comfortable as well as a great value!

this is second year we have stayed, property was clean as expected. the one thing that we had this year was the people that have actually brought the homes to live in now are complete total Jerks, one neighbor from downstairs came up and said they could hear kids running ages 2 and 5, we would be doing vacation things most of the day and kids always in bed before 10 pm we could hear neighbors above us up at 5am but would never go nock on there door and ask them to stop fixing breakfast that early but this neighbor did. The second Karen style neighbor was at pool drinking wine from glasses and the kids had gotten in hot tub with parents present and she makes a point to come over and state no kids in hot tub, all while sitting at a table that said no glass in pool area drinking wine. needless to say this is the last time I will pay for a rental here when you pay for a week for vacation you do not need a bunch of Karen's running around the place barking like dogs when you are trying to get away from this type of stuff, very disappointing stay this year

Working with the owner Judy was a pleasure she made sure we stayed informed of any changes to property during our stay . This property is wonderful. We had an excellent vacation. The property is clean and everything in Edgewater is well thought out. The condo, in particular, is immaculate, is spacious, and so many things included (i.e. indoor parking space, trash bags, towels, linens, and much more). Judy is a great communicator and is friendly, kind, and very helpful and responsive. Many thanks to Judy and Barefoot resorts for a wonderful week!

Where do I begin…The location was close to shopping, the beach and excellent restaurants. The outdoor areas around the resort were well maintained and beautiful. The condo itself and its view were wonderful. Plenty of room, very clean, and extremely well stocked with everything! This place was absolutely amazing. Communication from Judy was excellent and she is a wonderful person. We will definitely book her condo again. Thanks Judy for a great place to make memories with our family!

I stayed here for my hunny moon and I just loved everything about our stay!
The area is super secure, close to everything, very spacious and comfortable! With the virus going around I was a bit worried about the cleaningess of the property (owning a cleaning business my expectations are very very high) but they exceeded my expectations!
Judy was super sweet, always making sure everything was alright.
I loved it all! Totally recommend and will definitely be back.

The condo was everything it said. I always read the reviews before booking and there were no negative reviews and I can see why. The condo was in a quiet setting, everyone very nice, and the pools were fantastic. The condo was spotless, had everything we needed for our stay, all the little extras including beach towels and everything in the kitchen that we needed. . The furniture was brand new and the beds were so comfortable. The owner, Judith, was so accommodating, from the first time we spoke to her, up until we left, due to the hurricane evacuation. Would highly recommend this condo for your vacation. Thank you Judy for everything.

Beautiful place. We didn’t find many kids to play with. Condo was clean and the view was fantastic! It was stocked better than my own home! My son made friends with all the residents at the pool. I would recommend someone talking to the facility manager as the smell of the first floor was so over the top I couldn’t make it to the elevator with out puking. I took the steps the entire vacation to avoid the front door. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Judith’s condo was sparkling clean and gorgeous. It was very well stocked with all necessities and the gated community was perfect. Judith is such a pleasure to work with, she makes the experience stress free. We will definitely be back next year!!
