This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo sleeps 7 and is located in a gated community 3/4 of a mile from the beach. Unit has 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & a twin over full bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom.
This condo is located in the gated community of Marsh Oaks in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a large private screened in porch overlooking the beautiful Salt Marsh and the fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is also a washer & dryer in the unit for your use.
Marsh Oaks offers a refreshing outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi hot tub, a BBQ grilling area, 2 free parking spaces & free Wi-Fi. The beach is only a .6 miles away. Right across the street is Barefoot Landing which has tons of shopping, dining, entertainment and attractions. There's also Alligator Adventure, one of the largest reptile zoos in the world. Alabama Theatre is also at Barefoot Landing and features its own productions and superstars of country music while the House Of Blues brings in big name entertainment nightly.

The experience was great! Everything was clean the residents nearby were kind. Great balcony to relax with a marsh view. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and never crowded. Loved that parking was gated for extra security. Nothing negative at all to say.

The property was in a great area, would stay in that area again. We feel the description should have said it was a half mile walk to beach, we also had a lot of problem with the gate code
