This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo sleeps 6 and is located in a gated community 3/4 of a mile from the beach. Unit has 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. This condo is located in the gated community of Marsh Oaks in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a large private screened in porch overlooking the beautiful Salt Marsh and the fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is also a washer & dryer in the unit for your use. Marsh Oaks offers a refreshing outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi hot tub, a BBQ grilling area, 2 free parking spaces & free Wi-Fi. The beach is only a .6 miles away. Right across the street is Barefoot Landing which has tons of shopping, dining, entertainment and attractions. There's also Alligator Adventure, one of the largest reptile zoos in the world. This condo over looked the marina. The grandkids enjoyed watching the boats coming in and out. The condo was very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. The location is close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was great. Big pool and hot tub and VERY peaceful. The location was awesome and I really loved that it was gated. We did not share the elevator with anyone the whole week. I also loved the view of the marsh. We will definitely consider again next year.

This property actually looked even better in person than in the pictures. Condo is nice, quiet and clean. It’s in a great location, a lot of stores and restaurants are in walking distance. The pool is really nice and clean and pretty views of the marsh behind it. Only downsides is the parking spaces are very small and hard to fit in if you drive a big vehicle and it’s about a half mile from the beach, which is not bad to walk but is hard when you are carrying beac chairs, cooler and etc. but overall this was a great place.

Could not have been better!! We Hated our vacation was over!
It was so close to the ocean, shops, entertainment and restaurants.The pool and hot tub was a big hit. It was amazing!!
We wish we could stay there full time!
The only thing was the Marsh smell, hence the name. But it is not so bad afterwards, the restaurant next door kills the smell and makes you hungry!

The unit doesn't look as out dated as the pictures. There's alot of residents there that are nosey as **** some friendly just yo gather information. We stayed her for a week they acted like they've never seen African Americans on their lives. My favorite part is the monitoring of the pool and hot tub area, they want to monitor us while we enjoy what is included in our stay. One thing for sure they knew better to engage in their "authority" once you put them in check there's no additional passive aggression distributed. Our unit was nice and quiet, vehicles were safe behind a gate, close to everything! Each room has a TV but all of them are really small.

N Myrtle vacation
The property was in a great area, would stay in that area again. We feel the description should have said it was a half mile walk to beach, we also had a lot of problem with the gate code

Nice condo
The condo is the perfect size and location for a family of 4. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything was provided that was advertised. The area is fairly quiet and the pool and hot tub are excellent. We enjoyed watching the birds on the marsh, as well.

We enjoyed staying in the condo. It was in great shape, just like the listing. Loved the screened in balcony overlooking the marsh. Property was clean, check-in was easy, and we had no problems while we were there. Would definitely stay again.

I would recommend bringing bikes if you don't want to drive. And Joe's bar and Grill next door is a hidden gem! I wish that the door had a code and in place of the key.

Everything was just as it seemed in the listing. The only complaint I have is the neighborhood was very obviously racist towards my group of friends, so it made the stay a little uncomfortable.

The Beach was great . The condo was great nice and clean.The back patio slide door It needed to be fixed they had a note on it stating that. The order for it had not come in yet. But that was the Least worry of my trip. It’s just there was a man who claimed he was a home owner there every time I went outside or to the pool. He would tell me I had to leave the Property. That I was violating the rules. That I had way too many people with me for the condo. When I didn’t. I have a father who lives in Myrtle Beach and friendS. He got in my face and my friends face just because they were there to see me. Every time I I turn around there he was or he was up on is Balcony just birdwatching. He was even walking around with a beer in his hand. He got in my face in front of other home owners that lived there who were also at the pool while telling us to leave the pool that we were trashing it. When we had no trash or food with us. Lol Then later when I had to go outside one of the other home owners came to me and told me not to worry about that guy not to pay no attention to him because he is just unhappy with his life. I said thanks to him. But it was like we could not enjoy our selfs because every time we went outside he came to us. I feel sorry for any other guests that stay there Because they would just be harassed. it was a nice condo but I know I will never rent here again it was not fun at all. We could not even enjoy our selfs at the pool. He was such a creepy man. And it makes me wonder if you he does this to everyone who stays in that condo.
