Our stay couldn't have been better. If this place is available, book it. It's exactly as described, steps from the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, listening to the birds and sea during the day, and frogs at night. It's 30 min to San Juan, 10 mins from El Yunque, with an almost private beach. The security is always walking around, we felt very safe. It was far enough away from everything to be tranquil, but close enough to everything we wanted to do. If you see the little blonde stray dog in the complex, give her a little snack and a belly rub- we would have taken her home if we had more time.

Loved this place! It was really nice and enjoyed it a lot. It was comfortable and inviting. It’s a quiet apartment complex which was perfect! With pool and beach access. Our hostess was very kind and communication was great! Will stay again.

We were a little hesitant about the property being outside the city of San Juan, but the feeling quickly changed. We had a wonderful time. The area felt exclusive. The condo was very clean, everything worked. The washer/dryer was noisy but very handy. It included chairs, and beach towels which were very necessary. The check in was easy. We were able to buy necessary supplies from local supermarket (Econo), which was approximately 15 minutes away. Local restaurants very easy to get to and was very good. I would definitely recommend for people that want to be away from the hustle and bustle. The coconut trees on the beach were a big plus, provided nice shade.

This home was beautiful and cozy. The location was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious. The balcony was a plus and the view of the beach from the balcony was lovely. Host was very informative and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I loved this place. Arrived with no problems. Ruthy had everything set up and ready to go. She responded to messages quick. Nice spot right on the water. Will most definitely stay again. 10 out of 10!

The place has everything we could need during our stay and answers to any questions that might come up. The host covered all bases and we enjoyed staying in her beautiful apartment. The only issues we encountered were: getting into the pool as there was a second lock on the gate that the security guard had to open which we were able to get him to do with no problem and a not so friendly security guard when we forgot the gate key and didn’t speak fluent Spanish. Overall the stay was great, would definitely stay again!

The property has a guard 24/7 and is gated. It feels very safe and the grounds are clean and well maintained. Ruthie is an amazing host, she was very thoughtful and took care of things we didn’t know to ask for. You won’t be disappointed with booking this listing, I would book again.

We are absolutely pleased with the apartment cleanness and lay out. All information provided by owner was very accurate and helpful. My friends are already considering reserving this unit on future trips.

Mrs. Ruthy was a very kind hostess. We met her at the apartment and she went over everything with me and was very welcoming. The grounds were clean and safe. The apartment was beautiful and the clean smell was amazing. Very short walk to the beach and pool and she provided everything we needed-chairs, noodles for the kids, towels and a cooler. Everything we needed was a short drive away. (Don’t trust google maps. Always said everything was going to take 40-45 minutes and only took 20 haha.) overall I would say we would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to anyone going to PR.
