The hospitality of the staff exceeded our expectations! We felt welcomed and cared for, including special dietary needs. The location is perfect for getting around El Yunque rainforest and the east side of the island. It’s also a convenient (about 30 min) drive to the airport and San Juan. We enjoyed the mountain and jungle location as opposed to the city. Make sure you don’t book activities too early in the morning that you miss out on an extraordinary breakfast! Give yourself time to relax in the common area and hammocks. The bed was very comfortable! We also felt very safe.
The only suggestion would be adding screens to the windows so we could sleep with the windows open to the sounds of the jungle.

Our stay at Dos Aquas was incredible. With the coqui frogs lulling you to sleep in the extremely comfortable beds and rooms, our family got probably a few of the best nights of sleep in years. The staff is AMAZING put a personalized touch on all aspects of our stay. We traveled with a toddler and Dos Aquas made it extremely easy for us. We cannot wait to go back!

Location was safe with a gate that you had to use a code to enter. Debbie, the property manager, was amazing! Loved her and the chef! Great morning breakfast!
No hot water the 2nd day and poor shower quality in general. Only one light bulb out of four worked in the bathroom
