About this house rental
Situated in Palm Harbor, this attractive house for $300 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home. Our home is a split plan with master bedroom with king size bed on one side, and the 2 guest rooms on the other side. One guest room has a queen bed, and the other has 2 twin beds. The center of the home is an open floor plan that joins the dining room to pool table room, to kitchen, to living room. The private backyard has a screened in, heated saltwater pool and lanai with plenty of seating, dinner table, outside bar, along with a gas grill. . The pool is heated all year, however we can not guarantee that the pool will be warm enough to swim November through February if the nights get cool. There is a heated spa for use all year. The home has all new appliances . Three flat screen televisions, 1 in the Master, 1 in the Queen bedroom, as well as the living room, with HDTV cable and wireless Wi-Fi. There is a built in stereo that can be played inside, outside or both. The house offers a seven foot pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, regulation dart board, along with board games and a small library. We offer use of beach chairs, umbrella, and pool toys. The home is part of a beautiful, friendly, subdivision that has a private lake and park. It is a quiet community with noise restrictions after 10. The park is 100 yards to the east from the home. It offers tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball, and a children's park. 100 yards to the west is the Pinellas Trail; the trail follows the coast line of the Gulf of Mexico. The trail is a great place to walk, run, or bicycle. Two miles to the north is beautiful Crystal Beach. Six miles north is Tarpon Springs and the world famous Greek Sponge Docks. Going south you can stop at downtown Palm Harbor, three blocks from the house, which has many fun restaurants and pubs. Two miles south of the house you are in Ozona, which is a small town with that old Florida charm. Three miles south, you will be in Honeymoon Island. Here, you can find anything that involves water and water sports, and can take the ferry to Caladesi Island, always on the list of one of the country’s best beaches . Six miles south is the Scottish town of Dunedin, which is a charming town with shopping, restaurants and pubs. Six miles in each direction you have a lot to see and do, which is why we say we are very centrally located. One last note, if golf is your game, Innisbrook Golf Resort is just 5 minutes away, and is just one of the many courses that Palm Harbor has to offer.

We have rented here multiple times. We like getting to know a neighborhood. Anne and Steve are always very gracious hosts. They provide every amenity you can possibly imagine. The house is close to many beaches. It will always be our number one choice.

The home was exactly as depicted in VRBO. Beds were comfy, the pool was so relaxing and well maintained, and there were lots of things to do with your kids, like Foosball, pool table, ping pong, and darts. House was very clean and we had zero issues. The owner quickly responded to any questions. Completely satisfied!

Everything was so great!! The house was clean and well stocked. They hosts were so kind and helpful!! The location was great, close to everything but secluded enough. Just pack your clothes they literally have everything you can think of in the home. Beds were comfortable an clean! Plenty of space for our kiddos who didn’t get bored once! The pool was amazing an we really enjoyed the outside area!! We will Deff be coming back !! Highly recommend!!

This is the BEST rental we have experienced in the 15 years visiting FL. Anne and Steve are so accommodating and thoughtful. The night our flight arrived, Anne was kind enough to let us know where we could grab some essentials at the nearby grocery store. The house was immaculate and had everything you could need and more. Other VRBO rentals make you throw away everything in the fridge and cabinets, but this place lets you leave it for the next guest! We didn’t have to buy paper towels, toilet paper, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner and every other toiletries you could possibly need! There was sugar, PB, ziploc bags to keep your shells in and extra K Cups. Fooseball and ping pong was a huge hit!! Beaches are so close and so many restaurants! Location is perfect- quiet and safe neighborhood and so much to do! These hosts deserve a category of their own for being so amazing!!

The only reason I didn’t rate this property a 5 was because there were issues with the heat during our stay over the Christmas holiday. Steve and Anne were super helpful and brought over space heaters but it was pretty chilly during our stay. They have ordered a replacement unit so it should be fixed for future stays and I’d definitely recommend it. It’s a great layout. We loved the pool table and foosball table and the pool, was great on the last day of our stay when it warmed up into the 70’s. Plus you can’t beat this location!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Our family had to reschedule twice due to COVID and other family reasons. Anne and Steve were so accommodating with rescheduling.
The house and outdoor pool space were beautiful. There were lots of fun activities to do right at the house. The house was also well stocked with items we could use and didn't have to run out and buy like at other VRBO homes. They were also very responsive with a minor issue with the pool and the problem was fixed quickly with no impact to our vacation.

This was a perfect property for our family vacation. Our kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball, darts and ping pong table. It was great while us parents enjoyed the outdoor patio area next to the pool or while grilling. We also greatly appreciated all the beach items available to us for our beach trips. Awesome place and would definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything you did and offered at your home.

Anne and Steve were great hosts, and the property was warm and inviting. The cabinets were stocked with everything needed. The pool was well maintained. and our three teenage kids had a ball frolicking in it. My wife and I really enjoyed the hot tub. We had no complaints about any aspect of our stay. We hope to come back soon. We highly recommend others to visit.

We stayed at Steve and Anne's property for 10 days in August 2022. We had a fabulous time. The house is very spacious with a huge living area divided into a living room with plenty of sofas and a play room/dining room with a pool table and a foosball table - my two teenagers were kept entertained when they were not in the pool! The rooms were very roomy with the master suite particularly well appointed - the bed is huge! The outside space is superb, the pool is big and deep at one end, there is plenty of room to eat outside and sunbathe. The area is very secure and mainly residential. There are plenty of parks and trails to hike on; it was too hot while we were to hike for more than an hour or so though. There are plenty of facilities around including nice restaurants to go to, our favourite was Ozona Pig in the neighbourhood of Ozona just down the road. All shops you can think of can be found along US19 and Clearwater beach is about 20 mins by car. You can reach the water quickly from house at Cyrstal Beach though.
Steve was super helpful during our stay coming twice to help answer questions - mainly due to user error!

My family had the most amazing stay at this property! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. The location is great to access beaches and activities 10 minutes in each direction. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed the private pool, hot tub and gaming tables. The owners reached out often to make sure our stay was comfortable! They were so kind to have cupcakes and a sandwich wheel waiting for us when we arrived. I highly recommend staying here!

They had pinwheels and bottled water in the fridge so we had something to eat in the morning. (by the time we got a Lyft to the house it was 1am) - House was very comfortable. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Loved the pool and the hot tub. We ate on the covered patio every day. Tennis courts are less than a block down. Great location. Really enjoyed this rental.
