About this house rental

Nestled in Palm Harbor, this attractive house for $326 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Summary: Relax in the private, heated, salt-water pool or 8 person hot tub overlooking a pond, protected by a lanai to keep bugs and wildlife out. Kick back on the well-furnished back patio or unwind in the air-conditioned home. If you're in the mood for some games, foosball or air hockey is available. Backyard comes with a full grill with mini fridge for refreshments. Essential amenities include a washer/dryer and a full kitchen complete with a breakfast peninsula. The Space: The bedrooms are fully set up for a comfortable stay in a home away from home. Master bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom. Shared living space comes with board games galore for the whole family to enjoy. Guest Access: Full use of the house including screened in pool and hot tub area. Two car driveway. The Neighborhood: Very quiet neighborhood. Take a stroll and soak in the serenity. Getting Around: The best way to get around is by car. Walking distance, is a very large plaza right across the street with a fantastic Mexican restaurant - Plaza Mexico or The WingHouse. Tiffany's Restaurant. Shogun Japanese Restaurant and other shoppes. Other Things to Note: During cooler months, the pool is heated to a comfortable 80*. Streaming services are available with guests' accounts. Please note: Only starter supplies are supplied for your stay. 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, one set of soap bar /travel size shampoo and conditioner-travel size per bathroom, one small dish soap bottle. 36-inch dog crate with attached food/ water bowls is provided. Evening quiet hours begin at 10PM. Dogs up to 50LBS are allowed. No other pets allowed without specific approval from host. This rental home is a 1 story setting. Two parking spaces are available on the driveway. Street parking is available if needed. (Please do not block the mailbox)

We had a fantastic time at this vrbo. The pool was nice and the hot tub was fantastic. This is a good location, close to the highway and any stores or restaurants needed within 5 miles. Thank you. We would stay again!

Our stay did not disappoint! This property was great. Absolutely no complaints. The location is great, property property description was spot on, and lucked out with the greatest hosts ever!! We had plenty of comfortable space for all 10 of us and even room to enjoy time with family and friends while in town a couple of afternoons. All the comforts of home on the inside and perfect space outdoors to endure and enjoy that Florida heat! Would highly recommend!! Jakub and Ruta, huge thanks!! Yall are the best!!! Look forward to next time!

The house was decorated so cute. My kids loved the games. The hot tub and pool were very nice! The outdoor grill and sitting area was a hit. The shower was super futuristic. Plenty of room for people to sleep. Owner was very prompt with communication. Would definitely stay there again

Cleanliness wasn't up to par. Bathroom tub was dirty and wouldn't drain. Pool area needed updates and a cleaning. Outside chairs broken, fake broken flowers littered floor along with a lot of dirt on pool concrete. Pool needed to be cleaned as well. Otherwise he was responsive and helpful allowed us to check out late
