Ben (the owner) was excellent to deal with when we had any issues. Only 8 minutes away from the pier to fish and paddleboard. We had a blast and my family got together for some wonderful experiences at honeymoon island, Clearwater beach and anything from sunrise yoga on the pier to fishing and paddle boarding.

Clean open floor plan with a splendid backyard fenced in pool. Owner was responsive and amenities fantastic. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Overall I give it a 6. The property backs up to a very busy road. Can be very loud especially when you want to sit outside.
