Situated in Costa Mesa, this lovely house for $313 per night is a great option for your next break. A true home from home experience. Located in the prestigious area of College Park, Costa Mesa, a few minutes walk from The OC Fairgrounds, a multitude of shops and restaurants, and Costa Mesa GC. Yet, so peaceful, tucked away at the end of a tree lined cul de sac with only a hand full of houses. 10 minutes from Newport Beach and has excellent transport links, I405, I5, CA73 and 55. 1750 sq ft, Open plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large outdoor area surrounding the property. Garage, 60" & 55" LED TVs Extremely well kept and furnished to a high standard. Real Log fire with a new 60" LED Smart TV above, high-speed internet with wi-fi signal inside and out. Sumptuous living space with leather seating for 8, one being an electric massage chair. An antique piano for the cozy, family sing song in front of the roaring fire. Vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, Apple TV with free movies and sports. Open plan through to the kitchen and dining area, with a very large wooden dining table. A newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, stainless appliances, with a coffee maker (Keurig) and fully stocked cupboards of pots / and etc. Both the kitchen and dining areas have double French doors opening onto the very well designed and maintained private gardens, which surround the property. Both the front and rear have patio table and chairs for outdoor dining wherever the sun is. A fire-pit, A quality gas grill enable the full outdoor living experience OC is known for. The bedrooms are all a good size. The master with a Kingsize, hardwood bed, a 40" Smart TV and a well appointed shower room. A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and Full size bunks and a large twin make the 3rd bedroom great for sharing kids. A fold away single bed is provided too.

We would come back! It was just the right size, beautiful yard, and a really great location!! 12 minute drive to the beach. Lots of conveniences and stores within 1 mile.

Will definitely return
The property has great access to beaches, stores, and other activities. The house itself was very clean and had all the basics to make our trip seamless. Michael was also very responsive and we look forward to returning in the future!

Great place for a backyard get together
I rented this house so that friends and family had a place to get together for my sons wedding. Serviced all my purposes. Nothing fancy but comfortable and a landlord that was a pleasure to rent from.

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and cozy, we received prompt response with couple of things we needed. the only thing that bother us was the heat, no air conditioning. the ceiling fans helped a little bit. overall we were happy we chose this place to stay during our vacation.

Second time renting this property for fairground event. Hosted 5 employees comfortably. Owner was very responsive to minor cleaning issue. Highly recommended. Very comfortable and great amenities.

The home was ideal for our stay in Costa Mesa to attend Grandson's wedding. The property was clean, neat and well maintained. Plenty of room for our out-of-town guests. Yard and patio were great for entertaining.

We went to the beach, legoland, disneyland, etc and found that we did not go wrong with the location of this home. My grandson and nephew played outside in both the front and back yards! The rooms were very nicely decorated, and it was very comfortable for all of us. The dogs loved the backyard and nice lawn area. The only negative was that even though it was October, it was still very warm outside and there was no AC, although it cooled down nicely at night with the windows open. The house was in a good neighborhood, so we didn’t feel too unsafe leaving a few windows open at night.
The location was perfect for us, in between the beach and Santa Ana where my brother and family lives.
I would definitely stay here again, but most likely only in the cooler winter months.

Great place!!
Our son just started at the university down the street and this place was very convenient to the school, which we bounced back and forth from a few times a day, as well as to shopping, restaurants, and the beach! Very comfortable and it felt like home! We will be back!

Nice Newport Beach Home
Very nice home with some useful amenities. We all had a great stay in Newport and would recommend this to friends and family...but I would warn those staying here, especially in the summertime, that the home does not come equipped with air conditioning. Fans are provided, but we could barely sleep due to the hot conditions inside the house.

the house is very similar to the photos . The location is very good and the neighbourhood is very quite. Our stay was very relaxing and we found the kitchen and garden very beneficial for a family reunion . Our dogs enjoyed the backyard and hope to return in the future.

I would like to thank you for the use of your beautiful home. It was extremely comfortable felt like home. Having a nice place to stay when your away from home makes your trip just that much better. The beds were amazing! The home is in a quite beautiful neighborhood that is centrally located to everything we needed or wanted to see.
