About this house rental
Situated in San Tan Valley, this charming house for $255 per night is a great choice for your next break. This magnificent property is best suited for two couples or a single family. It has all new furnishings inside and out. It has an amazing back yard complete with heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, new stainless barbecue grill and your own putting green. On the inside it has a wonderful game room with shuffle board table, Foosball table, board games and a 65 inch flat screen TV. The Kitchen comes complete with everything you should need plus some. The living room area is large and open with a cozy gas fireplace, another 65 inch flat screen TV and a huge sectional with power recliners. The master has a king bed with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and a bistro table for morning coffee looking out over the waterfall pool. The second bedroom has a king bed with large walk in closet. The third bedroom has a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress and is set up as an office with printer and office supplies for those of you who just can't go off the grid. When we travel we don't like to get nickel and dimed, that is why we try to have everything you will need for your stay. We have tennis rackets, golf clubs, pool toys, bicycles, passes to the clubhouse recreation room. We have another property in the area on VRBO #818156 take a look at this property and our reviews. This is an amazing property, located in the southeast valley, part of the Phoenix metro area, and it is perfectly located near our daughter & her family over Thanksgiving.
The home has a wonderful, open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining guests.
It is a modern, single story property, in an upscale neighborhood, perfect for our enjoyment. Although it was a little cool to use the pool during our stay, the pool & other backyard patio amenities are beautiful, exactly as advertised.
The Isaacson’s are perfect hosts. We will certainly be scheduling this, or one of their other properties, for our next trip!

The house was perfect for a couple up to 6 people. Plenty of space and great amenities. The home is plenty large to gather with friends or family and the outdoor space is fantastic. The pool, hot tub, patio seating, and beautiful landscaping made for a wonderful stay. Linda made the check in process very easy and was exceptionally responsive to our questions. We look forward to staying here again.

Our AC went out in the middle of a 20 something day heatwave and we needed somewhere nearby for the family. The hosts were responsive and friendly, and the property is great. They really went above and beyond to make sure the home was well stocked and thought of everything in advance. They are very kind humans and people were glad to have as neighbors. We definitely got out pool time in and the property was convenient and centrally located without being busy. In other words, perfect!

Truly an oasis ! My family and I had a special weekend, celebrating several birthdays and Fathers Day. We cooled off in the sparkling pool, and then had hours of fun and games, shuttling between shuffleboard , mini golf, and foosball. As an added bonus, we were minutes away from any type of amenity or restaurant you could hope for.

We enjoyed our stay! We were in town for our granddaughter’s graduation. The house is very nice and clean. We highly recommend the heated pool! Several parks and a splash pad close by for the kids.

My friend & I enjoyed our stay immensely. The puppy is afraid most of the time but was also very comfortable. The cleanliness was bar none...topnotch. The home is beautiful and very spacious. We had two friends for dinner and they were very impressed...they live nearby. They plan to let their out of town family know of this place. We enjoyed meeting your Property Manager Linda. We enjoyed our stay! Everything was well equipped. The check in/out process was great. We liked that we were met at check in to go over everything. It made it easier then spending the time figuring it all out. We made some great memories and we will miss that tbeautiful backyard!

We stayed three weeks in April at this property and loved it. In particular the backyard with the pool and spa, is lovely and quiet. The interior of the house is spacious and well furnished with everything we needed plus more. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We will be back!

Great property if looking to stay outside of Phoenix proper and excellent location for any events at Bell Bank Sports Park. Clean and spacious inside and out. Wonderful private outdoor area to truly relax. Kitchen is stocked and lots of activities right at house if you don't want to go out! Close to San Tan Mountain Regional Park that has good hiking. Grocery store within 5 minutes!

We loved our stay ! The home was so clean and comfortable! The back yard was beautiful with a heated pool. Lots of seating ! Close to walking path and different local restaurants. Close to airport and lovely neighborhood! Linda was so kind and answered our questions and was always available. Cindy and Leif …the owners were great people to rent from ! 5 stars for us. This house is in great shape, well maintained and lavishly furnished. Perfect size to accommodate four adults. The inside and outside games were a blast. The BBQ and firepit helped make December's Phoenix evenings very enjoyable. The very private back yard pool and spa was a real hit. The extra price for gas made the pool comfortable, even in December. Probably the best condition of any VRBO house pool we've experienced in recent memory.

We loved this home! Leif, Cindy and Linda were so easy to communicate with while booking the house and met us upon arrival to show us around the property. We absolutely loved the outdoor area and enjoyed the beautiful pool, hot tub and fire pit. This home was so clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Communication with the owners and manager was great from the beginning! They kept us informed on info we needed and through the process of getting checked into the house. Once there, Linda showed us around the property and gave us a tour. It was cool to hear her story about her mom growing up in South Dakota not to far from where we live. The house is beautiful, just like shown in the pictures. Very well maintained and clean! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and all the cooking supplies you need. We enjoyed using the outdoor propane fire pit to cook our camp fire tacos and camp fire breakfast burritos! The location is great! Only a 5-10 minute drive from grocery stores, restaurants and the Queen Creek Marketplace for your shopping needs! The furniture is very comfortable and it was nice to relax from time to time and watch some movies on Netflix. The beds were amazing! We all slept comfortably. I generally don't like sleeping in beds other than my own, I like a certain feel, but the beds were great! They weren't too hard or too soft, just perfect!
The backyard and pool area is where we spent 75% of our time! The weather was perfect! 95°-105° the time we were there! The pool is amazing! It was 89° in the mornings and warmed to about 92° in the afternoon! The palm trees in the backyard offer a shady spot in the pool throughout the day at different times to get out of the sun, but there is also always sun for those who like it!
We experienced our first monsoon rains, which are basically like thunderstorms here in SD. And we even found a bark scorpion. Make sure to pick up your towels and shoes at night, they like to find new hiding places! 🤣
We had the vacation of our dreams staying here! It was our first time visiting Arizona, and I will guarantee, we will be back! And we will be staying at this property again!

This home is beautiful, exactly as seen in the photos. We met Linda, the property manager, and Cindy, the owner, upon arrival. They were both so helpful and friendly. The backyard is amazing, the beds comfortable, and the couches perfect for lounging! Our stay was definitely a 10 out of 10 and am looking forward to staying again!!

Everything was wonderful. The house and property were amazing. Felt like home away from home everything you need is already there making traveling with children so much easier. Linda was great showing us the home upon arrival and Cindy was just as amazing and the sweetest person you could meet. Such great communication upon booking and making this the best experience booking through VRBO. Would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Arizona. The owners Leif and Cindy are absolutely wonderful!

Vacation and family visit.
This house is exactly what is described. I worked with both Cindy (owner) and Linda (manager) and both were great and very helpful before and throughout our visit. Linda met with us to quickly go over the house and is only a couple of minutes away if ever a problem. House and pool were absolutely beautiful and good location, but close enough to everything you would need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful & Welcoming Home!
My husband and I were taken back when we first walked through the door of Leif and Cindy's home! 'WOW' does not even come close to the beauty, the welcoming ambience, the highly stocked kitchen, nor the inviting pool and patio area! Their home is much bigger than it looks in the VRBO pictures. It was super clean, comfortable, quiet, and an excellent location for shopping, dining, and visiting with our family in Queen Creek.
It was a romantic getaway for my husband and I as well as a great gathering place for our family to celebrate our grandson's high school graduation! The game room was fun, the beds were super comfortable (kings in both bedrooms) and the walk-in closets were bigger than my bathroom at home!!!!
I didn't want to go anywhere but stay outside in the pool and relax on the patio and in the hot tub. Linda took us on a tour of the home upon our arrival and we met Cindy as well. It was a wonderful welcome and very helpful in knowing the layout of the home and the operation of the pool.
We had to call Linda for some help with the pool cleaner, and she came to the home in under 10 minutes! Cindy and Leif's home gave us so many wonderful memories and we plan on coming back to their home when we return to Arizona in the future! Thank you Cindy, Leif, and Linda for making our stay so welcoming and relaxing!
