First of all the hotel is very well ubicated and has cozy and clean rooms. Moreover, the food is delicious and there is a lot variety. Last but most important, the staff is really really helpful and full of kindness. Best place in Leh!

Being on Dal Lake was good.
Bathroom was in poor condition. The houseboats are in fixed locations. You have to be on the houseboat by 9:00pm as the shikaras which take you between boat and shore stop work for the night.
