The hotel has a very cheerful vibe. As soon as you step in, you know that you've hit gold. The staff is very warm and they give personal attention to each guest, greeting them with kahwa and cookies, briefing them about how to make the most of their time in Leh, the precautions they need to take to avoid getting sick, and in fact they even provide a map with details of all the good restaurants in the vicinity, even though they have an in-house restaurant. I also appreciated how they encourage guests to avoid the use of plastic bottles and make use of the RO water dispenser at the property. The rooms are clean, spacious and well lit. Another great feature is their terrace which has beautiful views all around. There is also a huge supermarket very close to the hotel.
It is not entirely accessible by a vehicle so you have to park at a ground close by and walk through a narrow lane to get to the hotel. I didn't mind this as it is still located very close to Leh Market and other areas of common interest. I would also urge them to make the terrace space more aesthetic because it has a lot of potential.

The rooms are very clean and friendly staff.
Wooden flooring in the rooms making noise (especially at the corners) and good to have varieties in breakfast menu.

We loved the hospitality, the staff greet you with such kindness, they are all so friendly and helpful. They helped provide information about acclimatising and a handy map of the area with lots of recommendations. The rooms are clean spacious and high spec, the bathroom was excellent quality and we had perfect hot water. We ate in the restaurant several times and each time was great, the breakfast is also very nice and varied they change the hot food options daily. The filtered water cooler in reception was great as you need to hydrate lots for acclimatising. They also provide facilities in your room that are topped up daily. The laundry service was excellent and done on the same day for us! The roof top has a spectacular Mountain View. We would definitely recommend and return ourselves
