Nestled in Dallas, this lovely house for $583 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Family home in University Park! Enjoy staying in our luxurious new 4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath University Park 3700 sf home. Previous Celebrity Home now can be yours! All bedrooms have attached bathrooms. 5 HD TV's. Netflix. WIFI. 5 beds (1K, 2 Queen, 2 Twin). Great temporary home for families waiting to close on a home or doing home renovation/repair! Close to everything! Please note: you must provide names of ALL people who will be staying overnight in advance of the booking. When making your request to book, please include: (1) Reason for stay (2) Acknowledgment of reading all house rules (3) Names of all people coming to house (4) Description of people attending - this helps us set up our house accordingly - e.g. two married couples, 1 teenage boy, a 4-year-old girl, 5-month-old infant (5) First person to arrive at house (6) If there may be add-on guest(s), etc. prior to arrival ------- PARKING: 5 cars maximum (2 in garage, 2 in rear driveway, and 1 in front on the EAST side). Absolutely no parking on neighbor’s driveway at any time. This means NO PARKING OR UBER/Lyft drop offs ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE CIRCLE DRIVE. Please inform all guests of this rule prior to arrival. 5 Total beds available - 1 King mattress - 2 Queen mattresses - 2 twin mattresses (can be pushed together to be a king) Pack'n'Play and Crib available on request GENERAL LAYOUT: Attached garage in rear. 1st floor: kitchen, family room, living room, 1/2 bath, pantry. 2nd floor: laundry room, master bedroom suite, 2nd bedroom suite, 3rd bedroom suite 3rd floor: 4th bedroom suite KITCHEN - open layout - gas stove with griddle - convection oven - wine cooler (help yourself to 2 bottles!) - refrigerator/freezer - Nespresso (help yourself!) - Traditional coffee maker - dishwasher - garbage disposal - pull out trash & recycling drawer; keeps the place uncluttered! - eat-in kitchen dining table booth - waffle maker - rice cooker - blender - slow cooker - Vitamix - rice cooker (Zojirushi) - Weber BBQ grill outside LIVING ROOM LED HDTV - includes HD cable, HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime - sectional couch - gas fireplace - room for 1 queen inflatable bed (available) - stereo with ceiling speakers and aux input to stream music FAMILY ROOM - large West Elm dining table, fits 8-10 people - Yamaha G2 Grand Piano - stereo with aux input to stream music from your phone 2ND FLOOR: - Master Bedroom Suite - 300 sf bedroom with King bed, Inflatable queen mattress, armoire, Smart HDTV, Cable TV, Soaker Tub, walk through shower, double vanity so 2 people can get ready with lots of personal space! Can squeeze in 2 more inflatable mattresses here also (provided) -Laundry Room - Includes large washer/dryer, steamer, iron, and other house supplies - 2nd Bedroom Suite: 2 twin beds (can be put together to make a king); large desk, Roku HDTV, and full bathroom -3rd Bedroom Suite - 2 queen beds, Roku HDTV, and full bathroom THIRD FLOOR Bedroom with queen bed and double beds , 2 dressers, Roku HDTV, Closet, Full bathroom Note: all TV's have have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and HBO Go. Guest access At this time, access allowed to - Entire first floor (living room, family room, bathroom) - Bedrooms Interaction with guests When our house is booked, we stay in Uptown in an apartment near American Airlines. If we're in town, we are happy to help you with any resources you may need. Other things to note We do have a mini Poodle (pure bred) who stays with us there when we stay at the house. She is hypo-allergenic and does not shed. The hosts are quite allergic to dogs, but have not had any allergic response to this dog. Our dog will not be there when you stay. House Rules No smoking No parties or events Not safe or suitable for infants (Under 2 years) Check in time is 4PM - 12AM (midnight) Check out by 11AM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - No mail delivery - Dog rules: potty-trained non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs only; pets limited to 1st floor; $30/day pet fee; sorry, no cats or other dogs due to hosts' allergies - Approval for pet needed prior to booking - Any events or group gatherings must be approved by owners - All guests' names must be submitted prior to booking - No more than 2 guests or visitors allowed in premises other than the booked guests without prior approval - Names of all overnight visitors and permission required in advance of visitor stay - All guests must sign guest book upon arrival - Photo identification of booking guest required

We are so pleased we settled on this home for our business trip to Dallas. It was the perfect “home away from office.” Immaculately clean and refreshingly bright, it features an open floor plan with thoughtful modern amenities. Our staff of five was well-accommodated in spacious private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Travel to the KBH Convention Center was only about 15 minutes in weekday traffic, The kitchen was equipped with all you need to prepare a meal, but why would you? The house is walking distance from several great eateries and a $10 Uber to countless others. Although we were guests for a business conference, I would choose this home for a getaway in a Texas minute. One more thing... The owners, Victor and Kate are very responsive (and patient). I especially thank them for fielding a late night call when we forgot the door code. Choose this property. You will be glad you did!

We stayed at the house for Tri-Delta Mom's Weekend. The house was perfect for our needs. The proximity to SMU, fine dining and shopping was a plus. The house was fully equipped and we did not need a thing. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a group of 10 women come to Dallas for an annual get together and this home was so amazing! There were plenty of beds for everyone, each bedroom has its own private bath, and the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking! It had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive.

Everything about this place was perfect for our group. It's in a wonderful, upscale neighborhood near SMU. It's very modern, clean, and large. The hosts offered us places to sleep for up to 16 people, including some nice air mattresses, but most of us got normal beds. There's a full bathroom for every bedroom. It's really an amazing place, and a STEAL for the price. I can't image what hotel rooms for my entire business staff would've cost (and it wouldn't have been as nice anyway). Kate was incredibly sweet as a host, and we were even welcomed with every guests' name written in chalk marker on the glass when we came in. I really hope we get to come back some day!! Can't recommend this place enough.

While in Dallas for a week of work, four of us stayed at this beautiful home. it is a very nice and comfortable home in a great location/neighborhood. Owners were responsive and friendly...even when we needed to call them w/ a couple of questions during our stay. Each bedroom has its own bath and TV. House was clean upon our arrival and stocked w/ everything we needed (bath towels, paper towels, etc...). We found it quiet and ideal for our needs - we would not hesitate to stay again.

We loved the house. It was very well kept, very organized. It was very helpful to have the instructions posted throughout the house and doors to laundry room and linen closet were labeled. Loved the personal messages on the patio doors. The house was in a great central location in Dallas. It was the perfect house for our group of 10.
