About this house rental
West End Jamaica Beach Home. Beautiful views from the upper deck of canal and bay! The deck above has plenty of room and seating for enjoying your favorite beverages during the cocktail hour and the deck below offers a BBQ grill & smoker for grilling your favorite meals. When entering the house from the canal side upper deck, our home opens to a beautiful open floor plan from kitchen to living to dining room. The living room offer a huge sectional sofa with SLEEPER, & the master suite has a king bed w/ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with private bath. 20 minutes from Galveston, Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn. Historical Pleasure Pier 25 minutes and about 25 minutes to The Strand. PETS NOT ALLOWED. Responsible Party must be 25 years -ID REQUIRED and present during stay. Kokomo is intended only for couples and small families with the intent to relax and enjoy. It is not available for prom, graduation or Spring Break parties. We ask that you respect this in booking a reservation.

We had a great time! My husband and son had a line in the water for most of the trip whether it was off the bulkhead or at the beach which is a short 5 minute drive. Very clean and had everything we needed. We loved this house!

Really liked staying here with the kids. We were looking for a place with canal access and were lucky to find this gem. Everything was just as advertised: clean, well kept, all the necessary things to have a good time. Owner was great too: communicated quickly and very helpful. Would recommend this to anyone looking to spend a few days in beautiful Jamaica Beach.

If you are looking for a beach house that is just as advertised, this is the place. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated, very clean, well equipped kitchen, and a beautiful deck. Jamaica Beach is a very nice community. The owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. We were given all the information and instructions on how to work the entrance door, TV and how to contact him. We will absolutely book this Beach House again.

This rental was great. Fishing of the porch and very clean. My son had a blast casting his fishing net caught lots of fish. Beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager Tim was very nice and communicated very well anytime I reached out he got right back to me . Great family vacation place.

Perfect Summer Getaway
We loved our time here! Having a view of the canal made for peaceful mornings and quiet sunsets. Jamaica Beach itself had plenty of space and did not feel crowded like a typical tourist destination! We will be back!

This spot is perfect for your family to enjoy the coastal atmosphere! Kids loved fishing off of the back deck and hanging out on the swings. The house is perfectly equipped for all your cooking needs. Relaxation at its finest! Thanks so much!

My only down side for this house is the deck over the boat dock area. It is in need of some repair. There is a large gap between the deck at the back of the house and the deck over the boat dock area. It would be easy for someone especially a little kid to step in this gap and twist their ankle or worse.

Great Stay - Loved the House and Location
My only down side for this house is the deck over the boat dock area. It is in need of some repair. There is a large gap between the deck at the back of the house and the deck over the boat dock area. It would be easy for someone especially a little kid to step in this gap and twist their ankle or worse.

Decks need wrk curling boards lose and shakes and swaying/ barbecue pits not clean / no ladder to get out of the water / piece of rebar sticking out just under neat water could hurt someone/ outside looks are not good For the price I thought it would be nicer

We stayed at this home for 2.5 months. The place was very clean and well furnished. The owner and manager were very pleasant and helpful when contacted. I would strongly recommend this property. It was so pleasant we will stay there again.

The property was in a fantastic location-quiet, yet still on the canal. We loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. The house was mostly clean, with the exception of the area under the sofa bed. We only noticed this as we were using the bed. The house was very well stocked with dishes, glassware, baking dishes, cutting boards, etc. This was greatly appreciated, as we made Thanksgiving dinner here. The only hiccup was that we did not have any soap for either shower and there was clothing in one of the drawers. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to others.

Great experience. My only suggestion would be to have a broom, more cleaning products and the deck was super wobbly. (Kinda scary at times) There was no ladder to get in the water and need more comfortable furniture by the canal. Everything else was great.
