Modern apartment located in the heart of Plateau Mont Royal located right on Mont-Royal avenue (Side Entrance). Trendy bars are within walking distance. Mont-Royal metro within walking distance (500m). Main bus lines right outside your doorsteps! We try our best to make your "home away from home" as enjoyable as possible. Hi-Speed internet and Netflix are available. The kitchen has everything you need (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) should you decide to eat in. Linens and towels are provided. Washer and dryer also available. Blackout blind in the bedroom Guests self check-in anytime after 4PM. We utilize digital access codes. No waiting for keys! Trendy chic neighborhood close to everything. Many restaurants, bars and a 24hr grocery store nearby. Getting around • Walking! Le Plateau is a walker's paradise. Great location right in the heart of Le Plateau—roomy one bedroom condo with a cozy private covered deck that is perfect for morning coffee. I didn’t cook but kitchen is quite large and appears very well equipped. Next time I’m in Montreal I hope to stay here again

We loved the proximity to the Metro and also the many restaurants within walking distance to the suite. Frank was always there when called which was a real comfort to know.

We loved our stay. The only thing to note is that it would be hard for someone who could not do stairs well. It was well maintained and had a good vibe.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of MontRoyal
Great stay in this clean and quiet apartment. Wonderful to have a kitchen and living room to relax in, but if you want to eat at great restaurants instead - right out the door! Frank was responsive and all was as advertised!

Perfect stay in Montreal!
Amazing rental in Montreal! It was neat, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The outdoor terrace was an added bonus. Frank was a very helpful and communicative host. The location was wonderful too. The neighborhood had so much to offer and was also a short walk to the Metro station. We definitely recommend this place and we would love to visit again!

This charming apartment is well located on Plateau Mont-Royal, an upbeat part of Montreal. It is surprisingly spacious. It also features a little enclosed terrace where you can enjoy a bit of quiet downtime. I we found it well equipped and very clean. We had a wonderful time.

Spacious and private in a great location
This rental was well-stocked, clean, in a great location, and spacious. The check-in process was easy, the wi-fi signal was strong, and the kitchen is great!

We stayed at this flat for a week. It was spacious, complete with all amenities and the host, Frank, was really responsive with any questions we had. The location is amazing.We walked through almost every neighbourhood in Montreal and this was our favourite. We are already looking at booking extend dates at the flat. You are within a walk to the metro (Mont Royal station), a fantastic wine bar (Rouge George - literally across the street) and a short walk to Beauty Diner (an Anthony Bourdain favourite). The neighbourhood is safe, full of Montreal charm and really lovely.

We stayed at this flat for a week. It was spacious, complete with all amenities and the host, Frank, was really responsive with any questions we had. The location is amazing.We walked through almost every neighbourhood in Montreal and this was our favourite. We are already looking at booking extend dates at the flat. The apartment is great! Plenty of space. So nice to stay somewhere that is so well kept. The private patio is private....sometimes. There was a family that shared the patio, that was not advertised. Be prepared to speak french if you wanna hang out in this area. Just something to think about.

My son and I enjoyed our time in this unit in the Plateau. It is in a perfect location, right on Mount Royal, close to the metro, book shops, cafés, and restaurants. Tania and Frank were excellent hosts, quickly responding to questions and when we needed extra blankets, they were sent within hours. We were able to find parking on the street fairly easily throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend this place for couples, friends getaways, or small families.

Apartment is clean, neat and has modern decor. It's upstairs, so you'd better be comfortable with the climb and with one larger step at the top. Entry is with an August smart lock, which we happened to have on our house, so it wasn't a problem. Instructions are provided if needed. The location gives you a good flavor of the non-tourist Montreal, but it's still close to the "must see" sights.
We were there three nights so we just ate locally, rather than cook. However the kitchen is well equipped. Our Air Canada flight recommend a bagel shop that happened to be a half block away which ended up to be
our breakfast source. We particularly enjoyed the Bungalow for dinner.

If you like art, don't miss the fine arts museum. And if your next stop is Quebec City, take the train.

Great Stay - Awesome Owner - Great Location
Very nice apartment with everything newly renovated. The location was perfect to explore Montreal's neighborhoods and their historical places. I felt like I was a citizen even though I was a visitor. The owner was readily available to assist us during our stay and was very helpful with parking. I highly recommend this place, as a cool place to stay.

Very well kept promperty in a wonderful area
We had a lovely stay, but had a few issues, none insurmountable. We were never able to use the Smart Key app, but once we were in, the keys worked just fine. Because of that, we had an issue getting through to the owner, since everything is done via VRBO, which was very frustrating---not all VRBO or the owner's fault since we had a phone issues once we crossed into Canada, but I wish I had their direct number once there. (A contact number IS provided, but you have to be inside to see it). Once I was able to email the owner, we were in immediately, which we were more than grateful for.
The only other issues: I wish I had known that it was a shared deck---it was quite startling to have someone outside the bedroom window watering plants, then again when we arrived in the afternoon to find someone sleeping on one of the deck chairs. No real issue, other than wishing I had known. The last step getting up to the apartment is a BIG step, but thankfully there was something there for me to hold onto.
Positive points: very, very well maintained unit, well stocked kitchen for cooking, towels for bathing. It was immaculately clean. The location cannot get any better, BIXI right outside the door, or within walking distance. I would absolutely stay there again.

Very nice and clean apartment. Very convenient location. It has almost everything you need but if you do need something, it's just minutes of walking. Found nothing to complain about. We really enjoyed our stay. The city is beautiful !!!

a nice apartment in a nice neighborhood
We had no complaints about the apartment. It nicely sized, the deck was really nice to have in July. We were within easy walking distance of the Metro and there's plenty to do on the street. It was quiet and clean.

Beautifully updated, the perfect size for two or three guests. Just off Mont Royal - close to a variety of restaurants and a short walk to the Metro. A great home base when exploring the city!
