This newly built and furnished eight-bedroom (sleeps up to 16) oceanfront home on lovely Cinnamon Beach boasts a private, heated pool, accompanying spa, and sweeping ocean views from three balconies for all of your relaxation needs. Featuring an elevator for improved accessibility, Sea Gem is the perfect place for a family reunion or just a getaway with your closest friends. Awash in natural light thanks to the expansive sliding glass doors, the elegant third-floor great room is the perfect place to gather. Or enjoy a meal together in the adjoining formal dining area with seating for up to 18 guests as well as a smaller breakfast bar for a quick snack. The second floor includes a small den with a sitting area, desk, 60” HDTV, BluRay player and beautiful ocean views through sliding door. The cozy couch also folds out into a queen-size sleeper for two. When it's time to eat, take advantage of the third floor kitchen! Budding cooks and seasoned chefs will love the amenities afforded them in Sea Gem's well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our two week stay at Sea Gem. The views are breathtaking and the home is well equipped for a larger group. My only cons were the 3rd story Master bed mattress was absolutely awful! I tried to spin the mattress but this didn't help feeling the huge gap in the middle of the bed along with the old spring mattress. I ended up ordering a 3 inch mattress topper for the remainder of the stay and that helped somewhat. The walls in the home, as other things need a good deep thorough cleaning! We couldn't manage to operate the hot tub but we managed without it. The laundry machines could use some updating as they had a foul smell. This is a beautiful home that just needs a little TLC in cleanliness, updating, and bedding. The other beds were pretty comfortable and nobody else had complaints but the 3rd story mattress needs to be replaced without a doubt. We would definitely come back to stay as the location is perfect to enjoy the pools and beautiful ocean view! 💙

We had a group of 16 ppl from the ages of 86 - 10 mths old. The house was as described and absolutely perfect for all of the families different needs. Getting to the beach is a breeze! The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! The Mgt team was excellent and helped us with any questions we had. We are looking forward to next year!!!

The house is huge, with two washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens; three refrigerators; a lovely pool and patio area; and an absolutely gorgeous view (we watched a shuttle launch and many sunrises). The elevator was essential for our older adults with limited mobility. Gathering spaces on each floor, along with front and back balconies/decks on the second and third floors, meant our large, multigenerational group had plenty of room to spread out. While we spent most of our time in the private pool or on the beach, some in our group also made us of the community lap pool, the gym, and the clubhouse family pool and splash pad. In addition to the pools and beach, there’s lots more to do in the area, like kayaking (try RippleEffects tours), sightseeing in St. Augustine, and a number of restaurants. The Publix grocery store is also a 7-minute drive away.

The property is just as described. It is in a great location, with plenty of room for a large family of all ages. We would definitely stay there again. The gated community is great. The beach was not overly crowded. The only downside was a couple of snakes.

The house and the resort were beautiful. Had a little problem with the pool. It did not seem clean even after the owner came and looked at it. The beach was great and especially enjoyed having cabanas from Sandy's. The kids loved the resort pool just across the street.

Beautiful View, Great Location
Amazing! We could not have picked a better location. There was some confusion with the spa temperature...and it took some attention. But we thoroughly enjoyed the location, the heated pool/spa, the big beautiful home. We watched the dolphins play every morning about mid-morning from the 3rd story balcony. I would HIGHLY recommend. The elevator was so helpful for luggage and groceries, plus we had a couple of elderly that enjoyed the ride instead of the steps.

The pool was the perfect size for children with floaters to the hot tub to allow the seniors to soak and watch your kids and their kids having a great time splashing happily all at the same time.The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals for 16.A private access to the beach was particularly nice in a time where social distancing is so important.We can’t wait to gather our family again and enjoy another trip to this house in the future.

Sea Gem needs some Attention!
When we arrived we had received the wrong door code and had to call to get the correct one. Once inside, the elevator was broken. Took until 7 that night to get it fixed after carrying luggage and supplies for 13 people up two flights of stairs. With a handicapped wife in a wheelchair, I had checked just a few days before check in to make sure it was in working order and told it was! The elevator pump kicks on and off about every 30 minutes during the night waking people up in the lower floor rooms. Kitchen hood exhaust doesn't work. The kitchen toasters didn't work. Only one garage is usable. The other one is full of construction material. Several of the bathroom toilets run all the time. Several of the outdoor siding doors will not lock.

Great Family Gathering place
The large upper floor area was great for the whole family to get together. The Beach was great and right out the back pool area and the community pools within walking distance was very convenient and the children enjoyed the kids area immensely.

Beautiful house
We loved the house but it needs some upkeep. Air conditioner on 2nd floor soaked carpet in 2nd floor bedroom. Shower didn't work in one of the second floor bathrooms. We called maintenance several times never came except to fix air conditioner. Beautiful views from the 3rd floor balcony needs updating appliances in kitchen. Coffee pot. And a electric can opener. Alot of broken things in the house especially in the bathrooms

We did NOT get what we paid for!!
When we decided to bring our kids and grandkids to Florida over Christmas we wanted to rent a place that had a pool/hot tub and was ocean front. We knew renting an oceanfront home would come with premium rent but my grandkids wanted to be able to walk in the sand and play in the ocean. We looked at the SeaGem and reviewed the photos and saw that it had both a pool/hot tub and ocean access. When we got to the place late Thursday we settled in and went to bed. When we got up on Friday and the kids wanted to jump into the pool it was freezing cold. The pool/hot tub heater was not turned on and did not work. We placed a call into Vacation Rental Pros (the management company) and were told we would get a call back right away for someone to come out and fix the pool/spa heater. We waited and waited and did not receive a call back. We tried to call back several times and finally on Monday (4 days into our 7 day rental) the pool guy came out. He said "someone should have come out to check the pool and turn it on before you guys arrived."
Since our pool heater was not working on Friday we decided to go out on the beach. We walked down the walk way towards the beach and got to the end and found out that the steps had been washed away from hurricane that came through two months earlier in October. The association steps were also gone so there was no easy and safe way to get down to the beach for my grandkids or mother (the drop was 7-8 feet). When I called vacation rental pros about this I did not get a return call either (shocker)! I emailed them and asked why we were not informed we would not have access to the ocean when we rented an ocean front property and showed a walkway to the ocean in it's pictures. They emailed back and said they were sorry they did not tell us we had no access to the beach. I finally got somone on the phone to discuss this and was transferred to four different people from three different departments and no one would give me an answer. I said, I understand things like hurricanes happen but you can't mislead people into thinking they would have access to the ocean when they don't. We booked the SeaGem in November so they obviously knew then that there was no access to the beach and did not tell us. This is an example of bait and switch and I am not happy about it. I asked for monetary consideration since we paid for oceanfront property with access to the ocean and did not get a response.

Sea Gem - Great Family Vacation
Family get together of 16 people from all around the country. We fit great into the home and overall very nice. The house could use some minor cosmetic repairs and TLC (fixing broken cabinet hinges, trim work, inspect shower doors, etc.) but otherwise perfect location and beach/pool access and kids loved it. Had to make several maintenance calls throughout the stay for broken fridge, elevator, pool heater, but all minor issues and did not deter from having a great time.

Lots of room for the whole family....
A lovely spacious home with fabulous view of the ocean. Customer service was very helpful. Some contradictory info (number of cars that can park in garages) and rules (who puts out the trash). Overall great house and holiday. Downsides: one oven barely working, no sound insulation between floors making a couple of the second floor bedrooms noisy from the kitchen and dining areas on the top floor, and my grandson's swimming mask disappeared on Wednesday night from the house pool area. Only thing that would keep us from coming back is the over-strict (even for an HOA) HOA rules.

We had 14 family members stay at Sea Gem for a 50th birthday celebration and it was fantastic! The location and condition for the house were both excellent! Enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy the house,pool, and beautiful beach!!
