The house is also conveniently located near the BOK Center downtown, Midtown attractions, Tulsa University and the Gathering place. Enjoy the loads of amenities including 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms with granite and slate accents, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, seating for 7, a built in TV and wine rack. The open floor plan has wood floors and tile throughout, 5 Smart TV's and is cozy with lots of space to enjoy! We offer free Wi-Fi. There is ample parking with a circle and side drive and a charcoal grill on the patio. Large backyard with sidewalk and gate entry to walk to Expo Center. Detached 450 sf gameroom can sleep 4 additional guests: Amenities include: stained concrete floors, 2 leather sofas with queen sofa beds (memory foam mattresses), pool table, bar stools and table for seating, electric fireplace and large Armour with closet rod and storage drawers. * House can be rented with or without gameroom.

This home was perfect for our stay and was just a short distance to the Expo, only one fault streets lined with cars parking to attend the Fair and was difficult a few times to exit the driveway. We will stay here again possibly.

I loved the that the main house had 3 bedrooms and the detached garage was remodeled into a game room with pool table and two sofa sleepers. That way, our adult children could stay up a bit later and enjoy themselves. Quiet neighborhood , close to the Expo grounds and not far from Univ of Tulsa campus.

We had a cheer competition at the Expo. It was very clean and very close walk to expo center. It was perfect the small garage that was converted into hangout space was great for our teenagers. Definitely stay again

Everything was perfect for our visit. We were competing at the AKC Agility Nationals at the Expo Center. It was very convenient to the event so we could stay at the house until it was our time to be at the Expo Center. The house was very clean and comfortable just as advertised and the host was very accommodating . We highly recommend this property.

My family of 5 stayed here during a 3 day wrestling tournament at the expo center. Great location right across the street! The owner was very quick to respond and when I told him there was no hair dryer in the house, he brought a new one over the next morning! Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling for an event at the Expo Center! My kids loved the Pool table also, great bonus for our trip! Thank you! We will be back :)

This property could not have been more convenient. We could walk across the road and be in the fairground. We grilled in the backyard and watched the fireworks. We definitely be book again soon was we get fair dates.

We love this house and the proximity to the Expo center. We come for a horse twice a year and throughly enjoy having a house rather than a hotel room! There is no closer place with so many amenities!

Nice little house The pictures don’t do the house justice. Very cute in person. It is an older house so the inner wall insulation isn’t as great as newer homes so the sound will carry through the house. Would rent again next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Driller’s Den 2! From the ease of check in and parking, to the clean bedrooms, the updated and stocked kitchen and bathrooms, to the great location for groceries and fun places to visit, this home was perfect for us. Loved the private backyard patio with grill and fire pit and plenty of grass for kids to play on. Highly recommend!
