Right across the street from Grand Dunes Hotel where a beach lifeguard is on duty at all times o the summer. Ice Cream truck stops every single day for children - a highlight for our families little ones every year!

This home had plenty of space, enjoyed the fact that it had 2.5 baths! Kitchen was large and washer and dryer on site was a plus. AC worked well, only complaint would be cleanliness of one of the beds. But we washed the comforter and all was fine. I understand no rental is perfect, this one had many extras and just felt like home. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Stayed again for the annual guys beach trip after a four-year hiatus and the property did not disappoint! It is showing a bit of age although there was a kitchen appliance refresh since we had been there last time. Super convenient walk to Starbucks and even more convenient walk to the beach. For a bunch of guys on a long weekend getaway, you couldn't ask for a better place!

The first thing we noticed was how beautiful the grounds of the property is, and the breeze coming off the ocean. Its an easy walk to the beach but your far enough away that you feel privacy from the noise of people on the beach. The inside of the home is so cozy its furnished with everything you may need. It was so nice having two showers and not having to wait not to mention three bathrooms. We did have a concern and i called Katie the owner, and it was took care of immediatly. Me and my husband enjoyed/ loved everything about this vacation home neither one of us wanted to leave. We will definitely book this home again as it felt like home. This was a very pleasant, cozy home and townhouse group. The unit was well supplied with the items outlined in the blurb on VRBO, though some of the soft furnishings could due with some TLC. The was quite roomy for 2 people. The street was quiet, beach access is great, and the neighbours were friendly. We were there in March and the area was lively but somewhat empty, so we can't speak to summer vibe. We did not use the patio (weather was not the best) but did find all the outdoor supplies were there as described. The property manager was extremely helpful when needed.

I loved how the beach was a block away. Also loved that the attractions were close driving, the farthest we drove was 20 mins. And we did a lot for the 5 and a half day we were here. So much to chose from that accommodates all ages. Also Super convenient outside shower, especially with five little kids under the age of four. Over all coming back next year!!

Our first time to Myrtle beach, this property was perfect for families.Fully furnished all we had to do was bring food, perfect distance from beach but not right in the middle of all the busyness of the boardwalk. Everything is within a 5 min drive, definitely our new vacation spot!!

We loved this location! The moment we walked in we noticed how big and clean it was. The a/c works great and the linens/towels were clean. All locks worked flawlessly and checkout was a breeze. Will be booking again, definitely recommend staying here!

This was a great place to stay. Very short walk to the beach. The kitchen is perfect for a small family looking to save some money on vacation. The only thing that I didn't love was that there was carpeting on the stairs and upstairs. It is nice to walk on but I felt like I was tracking sand through it after the beach(I did rinse off prior to coming in). Overall it was a great place to stay and I would absolutely book it again!

It was nice! Loved being a block away from the beach. We had family in surrounding houses in foxridge. Such a relaxing and home feeling. Anthony was great and super helpful as well as the Miller's response to my questions were answered right away ! We had a great time! 😎 We will definitely be back!!

Loved this place!!! Very clean property, quick responses to any questions. Very short walk to the beach/ocean. Loved the private back patio that also had an outdoor shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach. Only downfall was there was no access to a pool for the kids. Overall it was a great stay and great experience for our first trip to the beach. We plan on returning in the future!
