Price of this VRBO was so inexpensive that we expected it would be sub par - it exceeding our expectations so much that one of my friends hopes to rent for her other friends and we all have passed along our great experience. Spacious and equipped with all you need and more! Quick walk to downtown. THANK YOU!!

This house was fantastic! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were a family of 8, ranging from age 3 to 62. We had plenty of spreading out room. The beds were comfortable and there was room for all of us at the dining room table. It was an easy walk to the downtown area. Everything was just as described on the website. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house, easy location, plenty of convenient parking, it is a short walk in to town. House is much bigger than the pictures look and would fit a lot of people. We are already planning to come back.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this property better than described on the listing--it was clean, spacious, well-kept, comfortable, and convenient. Perfect spot for our friend group to rest while road tripping through the SW Michigan coast. Rocking on the front porch after a long day, listening to music from the close by downtown area, and watching the passersby was so relaxing. More than enough room for four adults (would be perfect for families) to spread out or hang together. I really can't think of anything I'd change; except I'd spend more time there. Thanks for a being a welcoming host!

My sisters, mom, and I stayed with our kids. The house had plenty of space for all 11 of us. It was a short walk to downtown and not too long of a walk to the beach if you didn't carry too much:) The drive to the beach is minutes. We enjoyed the back patio in the evening too. It is so nice that this house is available for only a few nights. Most houses in South Haven require 7 nights, which isn't what we needed or wanted. Thank you for a great stay!

This house far exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our needs. We all came from other States and this house proved to be the perfect gathering place. It was close to everything we needed. It was so spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean. Richard Riggs was so accommodating to our needs and very responsive to my questions. We definitely recommend this house if you are planning a trip to South Haven.

This was a great house to stay in. We had intended to have 4 households on a family vacation but only 2 family groups could make it. There was so much space, it would have been fantastic with all four groups, one per bedroom. It was such a short walk to downtown, like 3 blocks, and a bit longer to South Beach. We walked to the end of the pier from the house every evening to see the sunset, so if you like to walk, it's doable. All kitchen amenities were there. Loved the grill, very easy to use after reading directions. Very clean place upon arrival. Only thing is the bathroom showers didn't have soap or shampoo, which I've just come to expect while traveling, but this is my first time in a VRBO. Not a problem, just different. Couches were very comfortable. I have a 15 month old and there were toys in both the living room and the large bedroom for him to play with. It was a pleasant surprise since that wasn't in the description or pictures. I also recommend taking new pictures for the listing since some of them on the listing are blurry and it made me worried about what we were actually getting, and I was delighted they the house turned out not sketchy at all, but very welcoming, clean and nothing weird. I will note it's on an alley driveway and is a corner lot with no backyard which at first concerned me when I arrived, but it was totally fine and we never had any issues at all with the alley. The house faces a busy main road, but that's bc it's so close to downtown.

We have stayed at many different properties in Downtown South Haven over the years and this was by far our favorite. The BEST location (less than 2 blocks to the heart of downtown) and the house has all the amenities you could ever need. It’s actually even nicer in person than in pics! Richard was extremely communicative and made check in and out extremely easy! We already booked our next stay!

Our group (4 friends) stayed here for a spring weekend birthday celebration. The location is a very close walk to downtown shopping, coffee etc. The home is huge. It was very clean and well stocked. It would be perfect for a large family traveling together. We felt very safe in the neighborhood also. Communication with the owner was very easy and efficient and we even got a late checkout which was awesome. This house was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again!

Richard was so responsive, helpful and friendly. The house itself is nicely decorated, clean and spacious. There were a lot of pots/pans/dishes and cleaning supplies. It was about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area so a great location as well. We loved the front porch and back deck. We would for sure stay here again if we find ourselves in South Haven!
