Two block walk from downtown means no fighting for a parking space, and a 20 minute walk ( .9 miles) to South or North Beach to get your steps in... or pack up your gear and drive there in five minutes! **We are renting full weeks only, Friday to Friday, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Enjoy the full weekend when you arrive, and have the weekend when you get back home to ease back in!** And although this is a new listing, we are premiere hosts and have a five star rating on our other property, so rest assured! Private backyard with dining and fire table, extra side lot for corn hole, volleyball, and running off energy. Safe dead end street with quaint footbridge at the end-- crossing over lands you in another quiet neighborhood with a park for kids with slides, swings, and a baseball field. Three minute drive to Meijer in the other direction, and you are in the middle of all things! This house is filled with windows and light! The galley kitchen two steps up from the back door has a bright breakfast nook attached, overlooking the backyard. The kitchen leads into a full dining room and an open living room. Also on the first floor is a bonus office space/bedroom with a desk, twin daybed with twin trundle underneath, as well as a smart tv. Fully renovated three-quarter bath, as well as huge Master bedroom with king size bed, work area, and sitting area completes the first floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath. Take a trip to midcentury with the original classically tiled upstairs bath with shower and tub. First queen bedroom also has a twin pull out twin loveseat, and other Queen Bedroom has a pullout full trundle underneath queen. Front Porch One step up to front porch with two rockers to watch the goers by. Entryway foyer with original tile and one step up to French door entry into living room. Coat closet filled with games in foyer. Living Room Two comfy couches and two accent chairs, as well as a large smart TV over the fireplace. Dining Room Large dining table with extensions in the coat closet, seating for eight with extra chairs available. An antique hutch houses glassware and barware. Kitchen The totally updated kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you could want-microwave, slow cooker, blender. New dishware and glassware. A highchair and kids' plates and silverware are stocked also. Breakfast Nook The favorite room in the house! A bright colored, sunny extension off the kitchen with built in benches (with storage inside) and two extra chairs for more people. Downstairs Bath Completely renovated shower, new vanity and toilet. Beautiful but functional. All towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner included. Bedrooms There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. All four bedrooms have new beds with comfortable mattresses. Master Bedroom Located on first floor with king size bed, an office station, and a sitting area. A wall full of closets houses a pack and play and built in dresser drawers. Bonus bedroom/Office Located on first floor, outside of Master Bedroom and renovated bath with doors to both off this room, it has a twin daybed with a twin trundle and a desk with an office workspace. Bedroom #3. Located upstairs with a Queen bed and a loveseat with a twin pullout memory foam mattress. Bedroom #4. Located upstairs with a Queen daybed with a full trundle underneath. I sitting area at the beautiful large window facing the front of the house. Upstairs Bath Old school mid-century charm. Updated fixtures and sink, but original tile work on walls and floor. Tub and shower, with new toilet. Outdoor Area Convenient Check in at back door with private code. Driveway is double wide and has ample parking for six cars, depending on size. Large grassy extra lot is great for corn hole, volleyball, yard games, etc. Concrete patio outside the back door with a large table and six dining chairs. There is also a firepit table with four additional comfortable chairs that can be for dining as well. New Cuisinart gas grill The Garage Wagon for beach gear Outdoor games Beach chairs Cooler Basement A washer and dryer to wash the sand out, as well as a recreation room. If you want privacy but want to be in the center of it all, at a reasonable price for South Haven, this is the place!
