Situated in South Haven, this attractive house for $375 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Americana welcomes you onto a shaded front porch with outdoor seating before you enter into a large foyer area with a bench and plenty of room to store your gear. A concrete parking area offers space for 4 vehicles A modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, and large fridge with ice and water dispensers. There is also a roomy pantry close by for storing groceries and supplies. The kitchen at Americana is completely stocked for family meals with all the cookware, serving ware, and utensils needed. Just off the kitchen is a large dining room with a custom built table and benches to fit all 12 of you. There is also a large buffet and a peninsula from the kitchen to make serving a breeze. Relaxation space in this home is plentiful with 2 living areas; one is up front with large windows facing the street and comfy seating for at least 7, the other is close by and has a flat screen TV and seating for at least 7 as well. Rounding out the main level, is a large bedroom with a queen bed, quality bedding, double nightstands, a closet, a ceiling fan, and plenty of natural light. Attached is a full bathroom with a tub and shower that also serves as the main bathroom on this main level. Perfect for the family members who don't want to contend with climbing stairs. Back to the foyer, and you climb the beautiful hardwood staircase to the upper level. At the top of the stairs is a bedroom featuring a queen bed as well as an alcove with a twin trundle bed and plenty of windows. The kids bedroom has 4 comfy twin beds and a third bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and an ensuite bath with shower. All bedrooms feature a closet, quality bedding, a ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps, and plenty of natural light. This level also has an additional full shared bath with tub and shower as well as the full size laundry. Step outside and be welcomed by the shady patio area with both a gas and charcoal grill, propane provided, and plenty of alfresco dining tables and chairs. The grassy yard is large enough for yard games and room for the family dog to stretch his legs. Enjoy evening campfires around the fire pit with additional seating. The yard offers a lot of privacy with tall fencing on 3 sides. When it's time to head to the beach, we have you covered with 6+ beach chairs, 2 coolers including one with wheels, a folding beach wagon, a couple of umbrellas, a beach table in a bag, and some sand toys.

We enjoyed our stay at Americana. It was exactly what we were looking for. We had lots of teens coming and going and needed an assortment of beds- just what we got!! Very good entertaining house. Nice to be able to bring our dogs. Backyard was spacious enough to play yard games and enjoy a nice cookout.

The house was very clean and had lots of room for us. The backyard is cute and was nice to have somewhere to sit and relax. It is a short walk to downtown so we were able to walk most places. We had 3 couples and all had their own room and bathroom which was nice. Plenty of towels and linens and the washer/dryer was nice to have. They have chairs for the beach and coolers but we did not use them, they were easy to see and available. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again.

This was a great home in a lovely neighborhood. It is an older home with character with updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is walkable to downtown South Haven. We really enjoyed the stay.

Nice older home in peaceful neighborhood close enough to Pheonix street that you can walk to shop, eat or even go out to beach area. Sally was great to work with and answered what questions we had very quickly via text. She even went above and beyond and helped us locate a phone charger my son left and was willing to send it to me once we got home. If you enjoy older houses with little nooks and crannies to escape to this one might be worth checking out.

We had a great weekend celebrating my sister’s 60th b-day with friends and family over Labor Day weekend. The house was just as it’s described. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the private backyard with campfire. It’s very close to all the downtown activity. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you for sharing you’rebeautiful home

Our daughter decided on South Haven for her wedding destination. The rental house was in a perfect location for the venue and close to downtown for brunch the next day. Sally was great at communication and the house was just as expected, with all the great characteristics and a beautiful outdoor gathering space equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the backyard! I wish the neighbors had turned off their garage lights at night as it did come through that lower bedroom window, but other than that, our stay was great!

We enjoyed the home and the backyard. Walking to the beach was not as bad as we thought and some of us did it daily - others drove the short distance. Nice quiet neighborhood. We were able to bring our dog, which was a plus.

It is an older building but well maintained and roomy. We, including the kids, were amazed at the roominess and beauty of this home. They don't make them like this anymore. Modern kitchen and baths. Really nice outside area in a a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown South Haven. Beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The kitchen was updated with plenty of crate and barrel dishes and good pots and pans. The air-condition kept the upstairs cool. The yard had plenty of chairs to sit on. We enjoyed everything about this home! Also, A great location to the beach and downtown area!

Overall it was a great house and location. The owner provided everything you need to go to the beach including chairs, umbrella, and coolers which was extremely helpful. Everything was very walkable and backyard and patio were also very nice.

This house is great for a family trip to South Haven. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen table is huge, large enough for family meals and playing games. The location of the house is wonderful, close to downtown and the beaches. The firepit, beach chairs and kids toys were a plus!

The home surpassed our expectations! It's located in a great area perfect for families. It's a quick walk to the downtown area of South Haven as well as the beach. The home and backyard were perfect for the group (8 adults + 2 kids) with ample space. The home has a lot of historic character with updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommend!
